One package of baby wipes I ordered was a bit torn (looked like someone accidentally cut it with a knife) and they immediately offered a replacement or a refund. When a color of a water bottle I ordered ran out they contacted me to ask if I want to swap for another color or get a refund. They have always been quick to answer and very personable.
