Worst company for any… Worst company for any communication.Tried for 2.5 weeks by sending emails to return product. Response was (repeatedly) they will get back to me in 48 hours. Not! No help as of today after sending another email. I have never experienced such negligence in all my purchases . It will be after 30 days if they ever contact me to help as the Original purchase was late January 2023. I would suggest avoiding this company as it appears they dont get back to you. I am stuck with 4 “O” rings!

Paid, but no product after 8 weeks and multiple emails. I'm so disappointed that I didn't read these reviews before purchasing. I ordered/paid up 9/28/22. As of today, no lights although someone on the email team guaranteed on 11/16/22 that I would receive my light in 3-5 days. No light. I requested a refund or tracking number. No response. I can't believe CBS and the other companies are allowing their brand to be used for a scam.

Got 3 for friends and family - Friendly support Ordered 3 and they came within 4 days. The light is super bright (almost too bright) at it's highest setting. I emailed the their support and they let me know that the light can be dimmed by clicking and holding, which is a must for anyone who purchased but didn't know about that functionality like myself. Product isn't anything crazy but it definitely gets the job done and can't really be beaten for the price

7 weeks -still no light! Same issue here. Ordered 6 weeks ago and still no light. Customer service said item was lost in shipping and said they would send a new one. Still nothing received. Buyer BEWARE!

Total scam Total scam, bought in Nov 2021 and still have nothing. I have asked for a refund several times and they insist shipment is on the way. Total BS, avoid at ALL COSTS!
