Paid, but no product after 8 weeks and multiple emails. I'm so disappointed that I didn't read these reviews before purchasing. I ordered/paid up 9/28/22. As of today, no lights although someone on the email team guaranteed on 11/16/22 that I would receive my light in 3-5 days. No light. I requested a refund or tracking number. No response. I can't believe CBS and the other companies are allowing their brand to be used for a scam.

Love this light Love this light! I used it all year while I was online teaching and it was perfect! It improved the lighting and image on the screen tremendously!

After 25 Days My Product Hasn't Even Been Shipped I ordered and paid for their OlumiRing on Nov 7. Their site says to allow 1-3 days for "processing" and 5-10 days for delivery. At the most that would be 13 days. It's Dec 3. No ring. No explanation. No ability to speak to anyone because their phone number has a recorded message referring you to their email address. I will see if I can reverse the charge, but I'm probably screwed. Feels like a scam to me. Stay away.

7 weeks -still no light! Same issue here. Ordered 6 weeks ago and still no light. Customer service said item was lost in shipping and said they would send a new one. Still nothing received. Buyer BEWARE!
