Total scam Total scam, bought in Nov 2021 and still have nothing. I have asked for a refund several times and they insist shipment is on the way. Total BS, avoid at ALL COSTS!

Ordered, Paid, Received Nothing I ordered their "buy two, get one free" deal on Nov 10th, and a month later, on Dec 9th, they said it was delivered. It wasn't! They gave me a UPS tracking number that said it was handed off to and delivered by the local post office. Not! When contacted about the issue via email, (the only way to contact them), and asked for replacement products or a refund, they told me it was my problem and I should take it up with the local post office, which is a waste of time! So I gave these people $64 and got nothing! Ripoff!

You will simply not find a better ring… You will simply not find a better ring light for the price. The versatility is unmatched. I use mine for work and my son has 2 that he uses when he streams his video games online.

Oluminate worst customer service Oluminate has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When my package did not arrive there was no helpful response—just automated emails. They have no working customer service telephone number. Avoid!

Worst company for any… Worst company for any communication.Tried for 2.5 weeks by sending emails to return product. Response was (repeatedly) they will get back to me in 48 hours. Not! No help as of today after sending another email. I have never experienced such negligence in all my purchases . It will be after 30 days if they ever contact me to help as the Original purchase was late January 2023. I would suggest avoiding this company as it appears they dont get back to you. I am stuck with 4 “O” rings!
