Ordered, Paid, Received Nothing I ordered their "buy two, get one free" deal on Nov 10th, and a month later, on Dec 9th, they said it was delivered. It wasn't! They gave me a UPS tracking number that said it was handed off to and delivered by the local post office. Not! When contacted about the issue via email, (the only way to contact them), and asked for replacement products or a refund, they told me it was my problem and I should take it up with the local post office, which is a waste of time! So I gave these people $64 and got nothing! Ripoff!

I went about 2 weeks teaching 4th graders online before finding this light. I can say without a doubt that the students are noticeably more engaged with the conversation now that they can see me so much more clearly. Several of my co-workers also ordered and had the same or similar feedback.

Oluminate worst customer service Oluminate has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When my package did not arrive there was no helpful response—just automated emails. They have no working customer service telephone number. Avoid!
