Worst company for any… Worst company for any communication.Tried for 2.5 weeks by sending emails to return product. Response was (repeatedly) they will get back to me in 48 hours. Not! No help as of today after sending another email. I have never experienced such negligence in all my purchases . It will be after 30 days if they ever contact me to help as the Original purchase was late January 2023. I would suggest avoiding this company as it appears they dont get back to you. I am stuck with 4 “O” rings!

Oluminate worst customer service Oluminate has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When my package did not arrive there was no helpful response—just automated emails. They have no working customer service telephone number. Avoid!

THIS IS A SCAM THIS IS A SCAM. Do not believe the positive reviews here - I’m sure they’re fake. I ordered a light in JULY 2021 and am still yet to receive it. I have tried emailing to request a refund to no avail. Although I did receive a response to one of my emails (about four months ago), and apparently they sent another light? Still not received… another three months later. Seriously, do not buy from these people. If it’s not a scam then they must simply be incompetent.

Ordered, Paid, Received Nothing I ordered their "buy two, get one free" deal on Nov 10th, and a month later, on Dec 9th, they said it was delivered. It wasn't! They gave me a UPS tracking number that said it was handed off to and delivered by the local post office. Not! When contacted about the issue via email, (the only way to contact them), and asked for replacement products or a refund, they told me it was my problem and I should take it up with the local post office, which is a waste of time! So I gave these people $64 and got nothing! Ripoff!

7 weeks -still no light! Same issue here. Ordered 6 weeks ago and still no light. Customer service said item was lost in shipping and said they would send a new one. Still nothing received. Buyer BEWARE!
