GBOluminate worst customer service Oluminate has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When my package did not arrive there was no helpful response—just automated emails. They have no working customer service telephone number. Avoid!

GBYou will simply not find a better ring… You will simply not find a better ring light for the price. The versatility is unmatched. I use mine for work and my son has 2 that he uses when he streams his video games online.

GBI ordered one of these lights for my… I ordered one of these lights for my grandmother because her main form of communication with her grandchildren is video calls thanks to the pandemic. It’s simple enough to use that she hasn’t asked me about setting it up for her, and that truly says a lot.

GB7 weeks -still no light! Same issue here. Ordered 6 weeks ago and still no light. Customer service said item was lost in shipping and said they would send a new one. Still nothing received. Buyer BEWARE!

GBOrdered, Paid, Received Nothing I ordered their "buy two, get one free" deal on Nov 10th, and a month later, on Dec 9th, they said it was delivered. It wasn't! They gave me a UPS tracking number that said it was handed off to and delivered by the local post office. Not! When contacted about the issue via email, (the only way to contact them), and asked for replacement products or a refund, they told me it was my problem and I should take it up with the local post office, which is a waste of time! So I gave these people $64 and got nothing! Ripoff!
