Rubbish machine We wanted to refresh carpets in our house. Totally rubbish machine. Unable to purchase 4l of formula, as not available in 3 different locations. Waste of the money and most importantly time! How this company can survive with these poor reviews is beyond me.

Did a good job cleaning.Couldn’t remove all water from unit before returning .Sales people and delivery driver were very helpful

The machine we rented did not work… The machine we rented did not work properly. It deposited dirty water all over the carpet and didn’t suck it up, leaving our carpet dirtier than before we cleaned it! It also did not remove any of the stains we wanted to remove, so it was completely useless. We got a refund.

The hired machine didn’t touch it dirt wise . I returned the machine out of pocket and annoyed

Amazing results with Rugdoctor! Slight issue on collection with the locker code door not opening, but got straight through to an advisor to resolve the the problem within minutes, on a Saturday (very impressed!). This machine is amazing and very easy to use. Carpets have come up like new after 2 go’s. Pet marks have vanished! Highly recommended, very happy customer.
