GBVery Good I hired the machine online and collected it in store. Instructions were easy to follow and I purchased the cleaning solutions too. I hired for two days but got called into work so I wanted to extend it, I emailed in and a few hours later I had a call from RugDoctor (Gareth called from memory, apologies if I’ve got this wrong) a quick conversation and he extended my rental. Quickly, effectively and simply. The machine also did a great job on my carpets. What more could you want!

GBVery happy! Well, that was a really pleasant experience, booking a standard Rug Doctor machine on line, collecting it from a local Tesco store and then using the machine to clean carpets in the living room and hallway, having just decorated. The booking process was very simple, the collection was straightforward and using the machine itself was easy too, and really effective! Less than half price of getting a local company in to do the same thing, so we’re very happy. Highly recommended.

GBHired from Tesco’s locker Hired from Tesco’s locker Whilst it semi worked as in I could see water , I gave up and hired a professional who cost a little more than the hired machine but did a fantastic service! The hired machine didn’t touch it dirt wise . I returned the machine out of pocket and annoyed

GBThink it’ll be better to hire a cleaner! Was really excited to rent one of these. The actual cleanliness of mine wasn’t too bad compared to what others have said. I only went over the same area once as directed with the main machine but I kept noticing the place where the suds and water is meant to go, just was empty after only doing 2-3 runs on the carpet so I kept filling up. Then I used the hand held attachment which seemed to work better but when I was going over the carpet, I noticed it was still picking up so much black. So why does it say only go over once if it’s clearly not cleaning it properly. Carpets are seriously soaked and I’m abit worried about how they’re gonna dry

GBMachine was absolutely filthy Machine was absolutely filthy. The machine upon collection was in an absolute state, I spent about 40 minutes pulling hair and fibres out of the filter, hose, and off the bottom of the machine. The hand tool is pretty useless IMO too. I am positive that if you used a brand new machine, or one that had been cleaned properly, then it would be fine because the machine cleans lovely. Just this one experience, my first experience, has been pretty gross. I could have called their customer service, but honestly RugDoctor. 100% of your machines should be clean WITHOUT the need to leave a garbage review or have to call. I just don't have the time to be faffing around finding another machine.
