The machine was not in the locker …. The machine was not in the locker ready to collect from Tesco Wokingham locker on Saturday 20th April at 6.30pm. There was no one in the store to help or anyone available to speak to on the phone or over chat -What a waste of time We now do not have time to clean the carpet. If there are no members of staff in store overseeing the machines; who is checking if they’re clean or working! Do not recommend

hired the machine from Tesco Westhill… hired the machine from Tesco Westhill Aberdeen it was USELESS had a leak from the bottom somewhere, machine obvs never serviced, soaked the carpets, used every towel in the house to mop up the water, complained to Rug Doctor, not interested, terrible company DO NOT USE plenty of Hire companies now have carpet cleaners

Terrible, swerve, DOESN'T WORK Terrible, cost me £43 for hire of equipment and bottle of cleaner. Which fine I understood price when booked . However I was expecting carpet cleaner to clean carpet. How mad I am. Carpet has taken over 34hours to dry. Hardly any dirty water in dirty water bin after cleaning carpet. No difference in carpet. It actually looks worse than it was originally. The carpet was not dirty my wife decided she would like it freshened up.

Think it’ll be better to hire a cleaner! Was really excited to rent one of these. The actual cleanliness of mine wasn’t too bad compared to what others have said. I only went over the same area once as directed with the main machine but I kept noticing the place where the suds and water is meant to go, just was empty after only doing 2-3 runs on the carpet so I kept filling up. Then I used the hand held attachment which seemed to work better but when I was going over the carpet, I noticed it was still picking up so much black. So why does it say only go over once if it’s clearly not cleaning it properly. Carpets are seriously soaked and I’m abit worried about how they’re gonna dry

Great machine did better than I… Great machine did better than I expected, only issue is filling it up very often. Apart from that worth the money for the job it did!👍
