GBBuyer beware!!! Buyer beware!!!! Shipping information is not accurate. I waited two weeks for lights that never shipped. Multiple messages and mails left in effort to talk to customer care with no return call or follow-up email. Pay a little extra and go somewhere else if you can.

GBHouse Number Tiles do not match web site! I searched and search for new number tiles for my illuminated House Number sign at home. I liked the Block Number font shown on the web site. I ordered 4 numbers, $35.00 + $25.00 shipping. When they arrived, they were not the Block Number font on the web site, but a sort of script number font, like every other web site has available. I logged into the site to see what the return procedure was. The site says this was a No Returns Allowed order. So, I am now out $60.00 for number tiles I do not like. PLUS, my web site access appears to have been terminated so I can't log back into the site.

GBRun, don't walk, away from this website. Run, don't walk, away from this website! I did receive my item; however, I never received a confirmation email. They are connected with Galaxie Lighting in Lindon, UT. I needed to initiate a return and I have tried to contact both places via emails and phone calls. They do answer but their response is always the same--the representatives you need to talk to are on other lines and will contact you which never happens. You will likely be fine ordering if you are sure you won't need to return. Despite what it says on both websites, returns are not accepted or allowed.

GBZero customer service Zero customer service. Ordered a Eurofase mirror and within the company policy of having one hour to make a change, I switched to a smaller mirror. Of course, no confirmation of the change from Lightsandhome despite repeated emails and calls. They ended up shipping the bigger mirror. Representative said return label would be sent. Never sent. Stopped the payment at AMEX. Stay away.

GBNever Again... I ordered two light fixtures and have had a horrible experience. After waiting approximately 2 weeks for the pendant light to be delivered, I was informed that the light was on backorder until June 2018. If that wasn't bad enough, the representaive could not give me a shipping update on the other chandelier. For two weeks, the status of the order read "pending". To add greater insult to injury, my credit card has not yet been refunded for the first backordered light. Two words...Never Again.
