GBZero customer service Zero customer service. Ordered a Eurofase mirror and within the company policy of having one hour to make a change, I switched to a smaller mirror. Of course, no confirmation of the change from Lightsandhome despite repeated emails and calls. They ended up shipping the bigger mirror. Representative said return label would be sent. Never sent. Stopped the payment at AMEX. Stay away.

GBAnother example of horrible customer… Another example of horrible customer support. Had a problem called customer support. Extremely rude person. Told it can only be handled by Sales. I asked how to call sales, in a rude manner, she said they would contact me. Of course they did not. Unfortunately i did not read reviews before purchasing.

Charged AMEX on day one > $3000 Attempted cancellation for two items after incorrect shipping date on website versus emailed information. Scanty email response. Last heard > 7 days ago. Have opened dispute via AMEX. Update: After > 50 emails cancellation and refund is being processed.

GBTake your $, deliver nothing, won’t respond Do NOT order anything from this company. I had a similar experience to the other reviewers. I ordered an item back in Oct ‘22. They charged my AMEX on day 1. Then said the item was on back order until Jan ‘22. It never arrived. No communications from them re: status. I kept reaching out to them. Finally, on April 11, 2023, their customer service rep acknowledged that they no longer carried and could not send the item. They said would issue a refund in 5-7 business days. It has been 2 months. Still no refund. I emailed them several times since they said they would issue the refund. No response. I’ve initiated a dispute with AMEX.
