Another example of horrible customer… Another example of horrible customer support. Had a problem called customer support. Extremely rude person. Told it can only be handled by Sales. I asked how to call sales, in a rude manner, she said they would contact me. Of course they did not. Unfortunately i did not read reviews before purchasing.

House Number Tiles do not match web site! I searched and search for new number tiles for my illuminated House Number sign at home. I liked the Block Number font shown on the web site. I ordered 4 numbers, $35.00 + $25.00 shipping. When they arrived, they were not the Block Number font on the web site, but a sort of script number font, like every other web site has available. I logged into the site to see what the return procedure was. The site says this was a No Returns Allowed order. So, I am now out $60.00 for number tiles I do not like. PLUS, my web site access appears to have been terminated so I can't log back into the site.

They are connected with Galaxie Lighting in Lindon, UT. I needed to initiate a return and I have tried to contact both places via emails and phone calls. They do answer but their response is always the same--the representatives you need to talk to are on other lines and will contact you which never happens. You will likely be fine ordering if you are sure you won't need to return. Despite what it says on both websites, returns are not accepted or allowed.
