Take your $, deliver nothing, won’t respond Do NOT order anything from this company. I had a similar experience to the other reviewers. I ordered an item back in Oct ‘22. They charged my AMEX on day 1. Then said the item was on back order until Jan ‘22. It never arrived. No communications from them re: status. I kept reaching out to them. Finally, on April 11, 2023, their customer service rep acknowledged that they no longer carried and could not send the item. They said would issue a refund in 5-7 business days. It has been 2 months. Still no refund. I emailed them several times since they said they would issue the refund. No response. I’ve initiated a dispute with AMEX.

Unfulfilled order that has been fully paid I made two purchases from Lights and Home on the same day. Both items were immediately charged to my credit card. One item arrived promptly even though the status on the website showed as "unfulfilled". The second item has not shown up and is still listed as "unfulfilled". The only way to contact customer service is through email (no phone number works). They are very slow to respond and then don't answer questions. This is one of my worst online shopping experiences.

Poor Customer Service - Lights and Home Same as everyone else. Charged AMEX on day one > $3000 Attempted cancellation for two items after incorrect shipping date on website versus emailed information. Scanty email response. Last heard > 7 days ago. Have opened dispute via AMEX. Update: After > 50 emails cancellation and refund is being processed.

Excellent! Delivery was quick and you can’t go wrong with free shipping. Price was less than other companies were selling at. The chandelier is absolutely beautiful. Much more so than in the photo and very high quality. Packaged very securely. Would highly recommend lightsandhome.

House Number Tiles do not match web site! I searched and search for new number tiles for my illuminated House Number sign at home. I liked the Block Number font shown on the web site. I ordered 4 numbers, $35.00 + $25.00 shipping. When they arrived, they were not the Block Number font on the web site, but a sort of script number font, like every other web site has available. I logged into the site to see what the return procedure was. The site says this was a No Returns Allowed order. So, I am now out $60.00 for number tiles I do not like. PLUS, my web site access appears to have been terminated so I can't log back into the site.
