Another example of horrible customer… Another example of horrible customer support. Had a problem called customer support. Extremely rude person. Told it can only be handled by Sales. I asked how to call sales, in a rude manner, she said they would contact me. Of course they did not. Unfortunately i did not read reviews before purchasing.

No stars would be more appropriate No stars would be more appropriate. I bought an $800 pendant light August 31, 2020 and said would be shipping in 2-3 business days. It is now October 26th and the order status says the same ... order processing check back in 24hours. No answer “we are closed” anytime I call during supposed business hours. Do not buy from this sham company!!

Buyer beware Buyer beware! Don't be fooled by the seemingly low prices. Fast shipping, item as described...however...refused to honor 25% coupon for submitting my email address. There is NO customer service. My experience was the same as the other one star reviews. I spoke with two people who both promised me a call back. No call back. I sent two emails and never received a response. Proceed at your own peril.

A very consistent theme in these… A very consistent theme in these reviews. Terrible customer service. Rude agents at ‘customer service’ call centres. Company does not respond to emails or request for call back. Based on the number of similar reviews this is clearly part of their corporate culture - not just an isolated incident.

Run, don't walk, away from this website. Run, don't walk, away from this website! I did receive my item; however, I never received a confirmation email. They are connected with Galaxie Lighting in Lindon, UT. I needed to initiate a return and I have tried to contact both places via emails and phone calls. They do answer but their response is always the same--the representatives you need to talk to are on other lines and will contact you which never happens. You will likely be fine ordering if you are sure you won't need to return. Despite what it says on both websites, returns are not accepted or allowed.
