They are connected with Galaxie Lighting in Lindon, UT. I needed to initiate a return and I have tried to contact both places via emails and phone calls. They do answer but their response is always the same--the representatives you need to talk to are on other lines and will contact you which never happens. You will likely be fine ordering if you are sure you won't need to return. Despite what it says on both websites, returns are not accepted or allowed.

It is now October 26th and the order status says the same ... order processing check back in 24hours. No answer “we are closed” anytime I call during supposed business hours. Another example of horrible customer… Another example of horrible customer support. Had a problem called customer support. Extremely rude person. Told it can only be handled by Sales. I asked how to call sales, in a rude manner, she said they would contact me. Of course they did not. Unfortunately i did not read reviews before purchasing.

I had a great experience I had a great experience. Bought a designer lamp for $300 less than anyone else and it arrived very fast and exactly what I ordered. The bad reviews got me so nervous I almost canceled but the customer service was prompt and I gave it a shot. I'm not sure what others experienced, but this is definitely a legit business with good customer service from my single-order experience.

We purchased a bathroom lighting… We purchased a bathroom lighting fixture from Vaxcell. It was shipped quickly, and packaged well. The light fixture exceeded our expectations in quality. All parts were included, nothing was missing, and it installed in about 15 minutes, the brushed nickel is a beautiful finish. I would definitely order again from this company. Thank you.
