I asked how to call sales, in a rude manner, she said they would contact me. Of course they did not. Unfortunately i did not read reviews before purchasing.

It is now October 26th and the order status says the same ... order processing check back in 24hours. No answer “we are closed” anytime I call during supposed business hours. There is NO customer service. My experience was the same as the other one star reviews. I spoke with two people who both promised me a call back. No call back. I sent two emails and never received a response. Proceed at your own peril.

They are connected with Galaxie Lighting in Lindon, UT. I needed to initiate a return and I have tried to contact both places via emails and phone calls. They do answer but their response is always the same--the representatives you need to talk to are on other lines and will contact you which never happens. You will likely be fine ordering if you are sure you won't need to return. Despite what it says on both websites, returns are not accepted or allowed.
