GBWe purchased a bathroom lighting… We purchased a bathroom lighting fixture from Vaxcell. It was shipped quickly, and packaged well. The light fixture exceeded our expectations in quality. All parts were included, nothing was missing, and it installed in about 15 minutes, the brushed nickel is a beautiful finish. I would definitely order again from this company. Thank you.

GBNever Again... I ordered two light fixtures and have had a horrible experience. After waiting approximately 2 weeks for the pendant light to be delivered, I was informed that the light was on backorder until June 2018. If that wasn't bad enough, the representaive could not give me a shipping update on the other chandelier. For two weeks, the status of the order read "pending". To add greater insult to injury, my credit card has not yet been refunded for the first backordered light. Two words...Never Again.

GBOrdered 4 stools which said they were… Ordered 4 stools which said they were 16” wide but the back took up interior space so at the back they were 11”. Unusable to most adults. They WILL NOT respond as to how to return them. This company is a scam. They have no 800 number or location listed anywhere although their website “looks” like a store. DO NOT SHOP THERE

GBUnfulfilled order that has been fully paid I made two purchases from Lights and Home on the same day. Both items were immediately charged to my credit card. One item arrived promptly even though the status on the website showed as "unfulfilled". The second item has not shown up and is still listed as "unfulfilled". The only way to contact customer service is through email (no phone number works). They are very slow to respond and then don't answer questions. This is one of my worst online shopping experiences.

CAA very consistent theme in these… A very consistent theme in these reviews. Terrible customer service. Rude agents at ‘customer service’ call centres. Company does not respond to emails or request for call back. Based on the number of similar reviews this is clearly part of their corporate culture - not just an isolated incident.
