Take your $, deliver nothing, won’t respond Do NOT order anything from this company. I had a similar experience to the other reviewers. I ordered an item back in Oct ‘22. They charged my AMEX on day 1. Then said the item was on back order until Jan ‘22. It never arrived. No communications from them re: status. I kept reaching out to them. Finally, on April 11, 2023, their customer service rep acknowledged that they no longer carried and could not send the item. They said would issue a refund in 5-7 business days. It has been 2 months. Still no refund. I emailed them several times since they said they would issue the refund. No response. I’ve initiated a dispute with AMEX.

Buyer Beware Buyer Beware: I would rate less than one star if able! Paid $1200 for a coffee table on June 4th and still waiting to either hear I am getting the item or my money is refunded. They told me months ago it was okay to cancel due to significant delays and then proceeded to "Ghost me" thereafter. No way to contact them by phone. No physical address. At this point, I believe my payment is gone and no merchandise forthcoming.

Poor Customer Service - Lights and Home Same as everyone else. Charged AMEX on day one > $3000 Attempted cancellation for two items after incorrect shipping date on website versus emailed information. Scanty email response. Last heard > 7 days ago. Have opened dispute via AMEX. Update: After > 50 emails cancellation and refund is being processed.

Unfulfilled order that has been fully paid I made two purchases from Lights and Home on the same day. Both items were immediately charged to my credit card. One item arrived promptly even though the status on the website showed as "unfulfilled". The second item has not shown up and is still listed as "unfulfilled". The only way to contact customer service is through email (no phone number works). They are very slow to respond and then don't answer questions. This is one of my worst online shopping experiences.

Great Experience and Best Prices! What a great experience I’ve had with Lights and Home! I just received my order today a little over a week after placing it!! I received several emails confirming my order and tracking numbers with shipping information. The products arrived on time packed very well for shipping. The prices were the best I could find!! The painting, lamps, and prints I ordered are beautiful!
