Company does not respond to emails or request for call back. Based on the number of similar reviews this is clearly part of their corporate culture - not just an isolated incident.

Ordered 4 stools which said they were… Ordered 4 stools which said they were 16” wide but the back took up interior space so at the back they were 11”. Unusable to most adults. They WILL NOT respond as to how to return them. This company is a scam. They have no 800 number or location listed anywhere although their website “looks” like a store. DO NOT SHOP THERE

It is now October 26th and the order status says the same ... order processing check back in 24hours. No answer “we are closed” anytime I call during supposed business hours. Do not buy from this sham company!!

I received several emails confirming my order and tracking numbers with shipping information. The products arrived on time packed very well for shipping. The prices were the best I could find!! We purchased a bathroom lighting… We purchased a bathroom lighting fixture from Vaxcell. It was shipped quickly, and packaged well. The light fixture exceeded our expectations in quality. All parts were included, nothing was missing, and it installed in about 15 minutes, the brushed nickel is a beautiful finish. I would definitely order again from this company. Thank you.
