Zero customer service Zero customer service. Ordered a Eurofase mirror and within the company policy of having one hour to make a change, I switched to a smaller mirror. Of course, no confirmation of the change from Lightsandhome despite repeated emails and calls. They ended up shipping the bigger mirror. Representative said return label would be sent. Never sent. Stopped the payment at AMEX. Stay away.

Great Experience and Best Prices! What a great experience I’ve had with Lights and Home! I just received my order today a little over a week after placing it!! I received several emails confirming my order and tracking numbers with shipping information. The products arrived on time packed very well for shipping. The prices were the best I could find!! The painting, lamps, and prints I ordered are beautiful!

I had a great experience I had a great experience. Bought a designer lamp for $300 less than anyone else and it arrived very fast and exactly what I ordered. The bad reviews got me so nervous I almost canceled but the customer service was prompt and I gave it a shot. I'm not sure what others experienced, but this is definitely a legit business with good customer service from my single-order experience.

Take your $, deliver nothing, won’t respond Do NOT order anything from this company. I had a similar experience to the other reviewers. I ordered an item back in Oct ‘22. They charged my AMEX on day 1. Then said the item was on back order until Jan ‘22. It never arrived. No communications from them re: status. I kept reaching out to them. Finally, on April 11, 2023, their customer service rep acknowledged that they no longer carried and could not send the item. They said would issue a refund in 5-7 business days. It has been 2 months. Still no refund. I emailed them several times since they said they would issue the refund. No response. I’ve initiated a dispute with AMEX.

Friendly customer service people but … Friendly customer service people but wasn't notified of cancellation of part of order or shipment dates and had to repeatedly call them for refund then hound them again to correct the refund. Manufacturer sent wrong products which then had to be returned. Placed many calls to get simple order straightened out. Spent several months from beginning to end and frankly would not bother to order from them again.
