Zero Customer Service I am an interior designer based in Dan Francisco. I purchased 3 pendants and 2 arrived defective. I have been trying for weeks to get in touch with Julian. He does not return phone calls or emails. No one ever answers the phone at this business and I am feeling scammed! Now that I see other posts I know that it is not me. This company does not offer any kind of customer service. I even tried their instagram page. I got a promise that someone would call me back and that never happened. I just want the lights or my client’s money back. Worst retail experience I have ever had.

We love the lamps We love the lamps. It did take a bit long to get them shipped, but I believe they were probably being made. Don't panic if it takes 10-14 days for your item to ship. Not every company is Amazon, right? I like to support smaller businesses. I really like that these are made in the USA! They are well constructed, have a dimming feature, and are funky nice sized bedside lamps. I will order again from this company.

I was told delivery was 3-4 weeks but… I was told delivery was 3-4 weeks but it took longer. Also my order arrived on two different time. I had to ask someone to go to our house and put the package inside twice. It was very difficult to get someone in the company to answer a phone call.Not happy customer
