I have been waiting since August 2022 for a pendant light and keep getting a delayed delivery date time and again. It was initially supposed to ship in 2-3 weeks, yet their website says the item is "in stock." At first Nicole was responsive via email, but its all a scam. It is now the first week in December. I called twice and left VM messages because you can never get anyone on the phone. I said if no one calls me back I'm disputing with my credit card company. No one called me back after a week so I just disputed the charge with Amex who will refund my money. Interior-Deluxe is a scam of a merchant.
