USThere's a Reason They're Out of Business I'm surprised it took so long for this garbage pit of a company to finally go out of business. Their horrible business model relied on capturing customers' payments up front in full, trying to order products from the EU, and then waiting for ever and ever for something to ship out. What they did actually have in stock was basically a small pile of archaic product they were still trying to get full price for. Several of my interior design colleagues have shared similar horror stories of ordering expensive lighting, then waiting months and months only to be met with empty e-mail replies saying it should ship soon. There were numerous requests from my clients over the years to visit their "showroom" in Oldsmar, but I was told by Nicole, who seems to be the only poor person working there, that the showroom really isn't a showroom, but rather just a few scant shelves of product set up when you first enter the building. I would normally say to avoid businesses like this at all costs, but it looks like they did everyone a favor and finally put themselves out of their own misery.

FIBeware of Scammers Beware of Scammers! Very unreliable company. I do not recommend to anyone! I've been waiting for the order for half a year!

AUInterior Deluxe total scammers My Vista LED ceiling light that I ordered in November 2021 never arrived. I was told by Nicole that I'd receive a refund which never arrived. I was told in July 2022 "Your order #8042 is from last year and we have changed processors so our only option is to send a check for the refund. Please let us know a complete mailing address for this refund." I emailed a mailing address and never received the "promised refund cheque". It is now April 2023.....still waiting. Never order from Interior Deluxe. US$472.50 down the drain. Total scammers.

USThis is an update to an earlier review…about Interior Deluxe This is an update to an earlier review of Interior Deluxe/Euro Lights. Just wanted to say, I still have had no luck since that first review. No deliveries from I.D., no meaningful contact with them. BUT, I just looked up Interior Deluxe again, expecting they might now be out of business, and is that true? Couldn't find Interior Deluxe and Euro Lights is said to be permanently closed. I wonder if it's possible to file a claim against a closed company? But I don't know their status. it's hard to even pin down where the offices are. My own experience: It's now been approximately a year since making and paying for two orders from Interior Deluxe. I'd had a few messages from the company, always from the same person who never had anything useful (or true?) to say. I finally talked directly with the manufacturer of one of the items I'd ordered. He was kind enough to send the missing floor lamp directly through their own contacts, not waiting for my own order with Interior Deluxe to come through. And last time I spoke with this manager, he said they were no longer partnering with Interior Deluxe. I've never experienced anything like it - My order was for a $1,200 floor lamp and a $200 magazine rack. I've talked to three Better Business Bureau offices trying to track down the administrative offices of I.D. It's tricky because the company had a few different addresses listed. I haven't been able to make contact with any of them, and the people I'd spoken to at the BBB had not heard of the store. I didn't file an official BBB review partly because it's somewhat unclear which office I'd need to file with, and because I would have had to provide personal information, that in this case didn't feel safe. Such a rotten and costly experience!

USOut of business! I ordered an adjustable lamp in May of 2022 with delivery expected in late October. Early October I received email on delay due to manufacturer, Holtkoetter, pushed back to 1/31/23. On 2/13/23 I tried to contact Interior-Deluxe; no ability to leave a message. I tried emailing & email was returned as undeliverable. I tried calling Holtkoetter’s US location and could not leave a voicemail. Two emails sent to them were unanswered. Capital One is now investigating this for me. Lamp was $500.
