Don't waste your time and money with… Don't waste your time and money with this company. I have been waiting since August 2022 for a pendant light and keep getting a delayed delivery date time and again. It was initially supposed to ship in 2-3 weeks, yet their website says the item is "in stock." At first Nicole was responsive via email, but its all a scam. It is now the first week in December. I called twice and left VM messages because you can never get anyone on the phone. I said if no one calls me back I'm disputing with my credit card company. No one called me back after a week so I just disputed the charge with Amex who will refund my money. Interior-Deluxe is a scam of a merchant.

Zero Customer Service I am an interior designer based in Dan Francisco. I purchased 3 pendants and 2 arrived defective. I have been trying for weeks to get in touch with Julian. He does not return phone calls or emails. No one ever answers the phone at this business and I am feeling scammed! Now that I see other posts I know that it is not me. This company does not offer any kind of customer service. I even tried their instagram page. I got a promise that someone would call me back and that never happened. I just want the lights or my client’s money back. Worst retail experience I have ever had.
