Interior Deluxe total scammers My Vista LED ceiling light that I ordered in November 2021 never arrived. I was told by Nicole that I'd receive a refund which never arrived. I was told in July 2022 "Your order #8042 is from last year and we have changed processors so our only option is to send a check for the refund. Please let us know a complete mailing address for this refund." I emailed a mailing address and never received the "promised refund cheque". It is now April 2023.....still waiting. Never order from Interior Deluxe. US$472.50 down the drain. Total scammers.

Zero Customer Service I am an interior designer based in Dan Francisco. I purchased 3 pendants and 2 arrived defective. I have been trying for weeks to get in touch with Julian. He does not return phone calls or emails. No one ever answers the phone at this business and I am feeling scammed! Now that I see other posts I know that it is not me. This company does not offer any kind of customer service. I even tried their instagram page. I got a promise that someone would call me back and that never happened. I just want the lights or my client’s money back. Worst retail experience I have ever had.

Well built Well built, haven’t installed mine yet. This has a small footprint so the standard 4” round electrical box will show unless you get creative. I had some aluminum plates that I will paint and use as a cover plate to hide the electrical box. Looking forward to seeing this.
