Shipping was quick but only received… Shipping was quick but only received one of two items ordered. Customer service response was prompt and said out of stock items will ship when back in stock but no way to say when that may be. Bulb looked beautiful but a bit disappointed as it was to be a gift.

Contacted the company and they told me that since the base is worth more, they won't send me the second bulb. But I don't need the base (which by the way, made smoke after being plugged with an adaptor) and never got my second one. Then company went quiet. Avoid

Horrible customer service, Horrible customer service,. Once they take your money. Your on your own. I sent back two bulbs, after receiving their authorization. And a month went by with no refund. Once I reached out "where's my money ". All communication stopped. I had to get my bank involved to dispute charges

Disappointed in quality and design of… Disappointed in quality and design of base and bulb. The base does not hold the bulb as shown, Bulb looks scratched from inside the resin.

Good marketing. Poor product. Good marketing. Poor product. I ordered two after returning a similar less expensive corner lamp from Amazon. But ... what I received was basically the same cheap, Chinese lamp as the one I received on Amazon. Exact same remote and many of the same issues. On my most recent order the hardware screws that attach the legs to the lamp were not sized correctly - the holes were two small for several of the screws. The ones that did fit STRIPPED instantly due to the cheap, soft metal.
