No customer service I have ordered a number of bulbs over the past year . My recent order was incorrect. They have done nothing about it . I have had had a question about the bulbs purchased in the past “three out of the four bulbs blink when they are upside down . No response . Nice product but I won’t use again . Too bad a lot of people at my business ask about the bulbs .

On multiple sites with different prices for the same product. On multiple sites and multiple prices. Ask for a parcel refund due to finding it 10.00 cheaper the day after ordering it and didn’t get a reply at all. Lousy customer service. Most discouraging is the different prices on different web sites for me. Also doesn’t state that you have to buy the base separately.

Electrocuted I received this lamp with the classic base. When I was holding the base and touched the power plug (the plastic) I got electrocuted. Avoid this product at all cost. It hasn't been certified, just some crap from China.

Worst Customer service ever Their customer service is rude, and terrible. They appear to be a small venture. We placed an order of just 4 items in a week and they couldn't fulfill it. We reached out to them for status update. They cancelled my order and processed the refund without even notifying me. This was first of its kind in my online shopping experience. Such suppliers should be barred from offering products to people until they overhaul the fulfillment process. Just sad to see such interesting ideas sinking due to poor management.

I was an original Kickstarter backer I was an original Kickstarter backer. When it was apparent my order had not shipped or was lost in the Kickstarter ether I reached out to the campaign owner. He replied immediately even though from many time zones away. He made things right and gave me much clearer choices than I had to understand originally. Overall I am very satisfied with the company and their product as well as their individual customer service.
