Disappointed in quality and design of… Disappointed in quality and design of base and bulb. The base does not hold the bulb as shown, Bulb looks scratched from inside the resin.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order with EP Light over two months ago. Since then I have tried to contact them several times to enquire about delivery time for this order but I have not been able to speak to anyone or had any response to emails. I am still waiting to hear from them to find out when, if at all, I am going to receive the order I placed. I would also like to highlight that I paid for these items when I placed the order. So my experience of this company so far is extremely poor. I would caution anyone who is thinking of placing an order with them to think twice.

Horrible customer service, Horrible customer service,. Once they take your money. Your on your own. I sent back two bulbs, after receiving their authorization. And a month went by with no refund. Once I reached out "where's my money ". All communication stopped. I had to get my bank involved to dispute charges

took almost a month to have the item… took almost a month to have the item delivered. The tracking number was not useful. The manual is in Chinese only. Is still do not understand how this lamp works.

Damaged bulb The bulb I received was damaged. I returned it but have yet to receive a replacement or any response from the emails I have sent. 24 hour customer service?...I don’t think so. Very disappointed.
