USI was sent the wrong light 3… I was sent the wrong light 3 times..Literally 3 times. took over a month to get it all sorted out and at the end of it, all The escape room I was a building that had the light cube in it was incomplete because it was missing.

USNo customer service I have ordered a number of bulbs over the past year . My recent order was incorrect. They have done nothing about it . I have had had a question about the bulbs purchased in the past “three out of the four bulbs blink when they are upside down . No response . Nice product but I won’t use again . Too bad a lot of people at my business ask about the bulbs .

USBeen waiting on my order for a month. Ive bought one of these lights before and i love it, but this time, i orderd a 3 pack on january 28th and still haven’t received almost a month later on february 24th. Whats up with thatt?? Free shipping is awesome but not when it takes this long. Would've rather paid the shipping cost.

USCube Desk Lamp The cube desk lamp I purchased as a gift was quite beautiful with gorgeous patterns. It was also dimable which was a welcome surprise! I made the mistake of not carefully looking at the dimensions, and it was smaller than I thought it would be based on the pictures. I also received the wrong color (ordered Aurora and received Ice), but the recipient was ok with the white and blue and I didn't attempt an exchange.
