GBI was sent the wrong light 3… I was sent the wrong light 3 times..Literally 3 times. took over a month to get it all sorted out and at the end of it, all The escape room I was a building that had the light cube in it was incomplete because it was missing.

GBBeen waiting on my order for a month. Ive bought one of these lights before and i love it, but this time, i orderd a 3 pack on january 28th and still haven’t received almost a month later on february 24th. Whats up with thatt?? Free shipping is awesome but not when it takes this long. Would've rather paid the shipping cost.

GBOn multiple sites with different prices for the same product. On multiple sites and multiple prices. Ask for a parcel refund due to finding it 10.00 cheaper the day after ordering it and didn’t get a reply at all. Lousy customer service. Most discouraging is the different prices on different web sites for me. Also doesn’t state that you have to buy the base separately.

GBGood marketing. Poor product. Good marketing. Poor product. I ordered two after returning a similar less expensive corner lamp from Amazon. But ... what I received was basically the same cheap, Chinese lamp as the one I received on Amazon. Exact same remote and many of the same issues. On my most recent order the hardware screws that attach the legs to the lamp were not sized correctly - the holes were two small for several of the screws. The ones that did fit STRIPPED instantly due to the cheap, soft metal.

GBI cannot review the product as I have… I cannot review the product as I have not received it yet. I ordered it almost 4 weeks ago (Aug. 1) and have not received it. Customer service was not very helpful. Took days to respond and then I was told the bulb I ordered was not available which the website did not say when I placed order. I was told the base would ship and I should pick out a different bulb which I did. I was sent a code for I believe it was 15% off of next purchase. I asked the discount be applied to this order which was accepted. That was on August 12 and I have yet to receive an email saying my order shipped nor have I received anything. At this point I cannot recommend ordering anything from E.P. Light
