GBDespite all the negative reviews Despite all the negative reviews, I want to share my “positive” experience with Kitchen Decor. I placed an order for a coffee mug on their website on August 2. Although I saw the cost paid though my PayPal account, I received no confirmation or notice concerning the purchase from Kitchen. At the time, I thought: “Scam”. HOWEVER, on August 12, I received the cup, well packaged and exactly as described. Other than the communication being terrible, the delivery time, packaging and product quality were great! If they just improved their communication, they would dramatically improve their market presence.

GBNO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXISTS!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXISTS!!! I ordered the same item, twice by accident and was within the cancellation time frame and when I tried to contact their customer service and PAYPAL, I received no responses after phone calls and emails that I finally went to my bank to file a claim dispute. So today, a month later, they sent my items, which I cancelled within a minute of ordering them, which through their company I was well within the cancellation time frame and now I am stuck with items that cost $60 and there seems to be nothing I can do about it. They are not AMAZON so if you don't like your item when you receive it from this company , or you try to cancel the item 30 seconds after accidentally clicking the wrong key, you're stuck! BEWARE! I wish I had read the reviews first, MY FAULT! I am staying only with AMAZON from now on!

GBSame as everyone else's complaint Same as everyone else's complaint. Never received Mug and never got a response for refund. Trying to get refunded from PayPal as we speak! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

GBPoor customer service, thinking of canceling my order-updated **Update 12/31-finally received my mug but no info about delay. Still online says "processing" FYI** I placed an order online a week ago for a mug, said 3-7 days shipping. Online says order status as "processing", I have emailed twice, no answer. I realize there are shipping delays but to not even know if it has left the warehouse though the payment was made via PayPal... I thought I had done my research online for reviews but evidently not (per this page). Very frustrating... Now 10 days after placing order and still nothing...scam.....DON'T USE THEM!!!

GBTERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHIN 24 HR (AS IT STATES ON THEIR COMPANY WEBSITE), AND THEY WOULDN'T REFUND MY MONEY AND SAID THAT I HAD TO PROCEED WITH MY ORDER. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM OR REFUND!! BUYER BEWARE!
