GBPoor customer service, thinking of canceling my order-updated **Update 12/31-finally received my mug but no info about delay. Still online says "processing" FYI** I placed an order online a week ago for a mug, said 3-7 days shipping. Online says order status as "processing", I have emailed twice, no answer. I realize there are shipping delays but to not even know if it has left the warehouse though the payment was made via PayPal... I thought I had done my research online for reviews but evidently not (per this page). Very frustrating... Now 10 days after placing order and still nothing...scam.....DON'T USE THEM!!!

GBBUYER BEWARE. The seller sent me a product that did not match the photo in their website, refused to acknowledge the discrepancy and refused a refund. After I filed a PayPal dispute, they eventually offered a full refund if I shipped the product to VIETNAM -- a pretty useless proposition since shipping will cost more than the product. The item was apparently shipped from Michigan, why should I send it to Vietnam? Pretty sketchy business practices, horrible customer service.

GBSame as everyone else's complaint Same as everyone else's complaint. Never received Mug and never got a response for refund. Trying to get refunded from PayPal as we speak! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

GBI would give this zero stars if I… I would give this zero stars if I could. I paid on the website using PayPal. I got the confirmation they got my money but I never got an order confirmation. I emailed the address that shows up in my PayPal confirmation, but received no response. I’ll be filing a claim with my bank and with PayPal. Hopefully PayPal can disable their account since they are collecting money under false pretenses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IF IT EVEN EXISTS!!!

GBOrdered a mug and still processing Ordered a mug and still processing no replies on emails got scammed hopefully somebody takes their website down for good so nobody has to go through their woven web.
