Scam Website Ordered a mug January 27, 2020 and it still shows as processing on the website. Their number is conveniently disconnected due to covid. The only five star review below is from Jack Dave who ironically also provides a review on their site as Loyd Washington. Can’t believe they’re still up and running and Facebook is showing their ads as they definitely are not producing any of the 5,000+ mugs they offer on their site. I am reporting them to my credit card company.

Buyers Beware! Wow! I wish I would have seen these reviews before making my purchase. I ordered what I thought was a 2 mug couples set, but only received 1mug. The company responded to my first email right away, saying I was mistaken and that I need to "check myself again". I have since requested a refund and had no response to my several attempts. Buyers Beware!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE! I purchased a MUG on 10/3/20 ... fast forward to today 11/3/2020 .. three emails sent and no reply about a refund .. I have contacted PayPal in regards to this since the seller will not answer any of my emails about a refund and their website “contact us” tab has been down since the very first time I tried to reach out to them about this order. This is just plain bad customer service .. I will never purchase anything from them. EVER. I knew something was up after purchasing the item and never receiving any kind of shipping confirmation.

I wish I would have seen this site… I wish I would have seen this site before ordering. Just a repeat of what everyone else has already said--no way to communicate with them, never answer inquiries, etc. But they were certainly quick to take my Pay Pal payment! So much for trying to buy something nice for my wife.
