FAKE COMPANY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!! Complete and utter scam. Ordered a mug in December - the business took my money and never shipped my order. I have called multiple times but the phone line is disconnected and no one responds to emails. Will be reporting to the BBB.

I wish I would have seen this site… I wish I would have seen this site before ordering. Just a repeat of what everyone else has already said--no way to communicate with them, never answer inquiries, etc. But they were certainly quick to take my Pay Pal payment! So much for trying to buy something nice for my wife.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXISTS!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXISTS!!! I ordered the same item, twice by accident and was within the cancellation time frame and when I tried to contact their customer service and PAYPAL, I received no responses after phone calls and emails that I finally went to my bank to file a claim dispute. So today, a month later, they sent my items, which I cancelled within a minute of ordering them, which through their company I was well within the cancellation time frame and now I am stuck with items that cost $60 and there seems to be nothing I can do about it. They are not AMAZON so if you don't like your item when you receive it from this company , or you try to cancel the item 30 seconds after accidentally clicking the wrong key, you're stuck! BEWARE! I wish I had read the reviews first, MY FAULT! I am staying only with AMAZON from now on!

Scam Website Ordered a mug January 27, 2020 and it still shows as processing on the website. Their number is conveniently disconnected due to covid. The only five star review below is from Jack Dave who ironically also provides a review on their site as Loyd Washington. Can’t believe they’re still up and running and Facebook is showing their ads as they definitely are not producing any of the 5,000+ mugs they offer on their site. I am reporting them to my credit card company.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHIN 24 HR (AS IT STATES ON THEIR COMPANY WEBSITE), AND THEY WOULDN'T REFUND MY MONEY AND SAID THAT I HAD TO PROCEED WITH MY ORDER. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM OR REFUND!! BUYER BEWARE!
