TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHIN 24 HR (AS IT STATES ON THEIR COMPANY WEBSITE), AND THEY WOULDN'T REFUND MY MONEY AND SAID THAT I HAD TO PROCEED WITH MY ORDER. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM OR REFUND!! BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a mug on 12-21-2021 and the… I ordered a mug on 12-21-2021 and the money was taken out of my account. I have sent several emails, no response and unable to call. I tried to dispute on paypal, which I did not wish to pay through paypal and they have no record of the transaction. But I have an email stating it was taking out through paypal. I wish I would have researched this company before buying anything. It is a scam. Please beware before ordering.

WARNING! Do not buy from this business Kitchen Decor Shop has a set of mugs advertised on their web site. There is a picture of a SET of mugs that coordinate with one another, AND the title says "SET!" I purchased 2 separate orders. 1 order was for 2 SETS, yet they sent me 2 mugs. I should have received 4. The second order was for 1 SET, yet they sent me 1 mug when I should have received 2. They are falsely advertising and cheating people out of their money. I will be reporting them to their local authorities as well as my own local authorities and I will stop at nothing to make sure they don't continue doing this to more and more people.

BUYER BEWARE. The seller sent me a product that did not match the photo in their website, refused to acknowledge the discrepancy and refused a refund. After I filed a PayPal dispute, they eventually offered a full refund if I shipped the product to VIETNAM -- a pretty useless proposition since shipping will cost more than the product. The item was apparently shipped from Michigan, why should I send it to Vietnam? Pretty sketchy business practices, horrible customer service.
