Completely Fell Apart I purchased a set of expensive linen sheets that completely fell apart after only one year with holes everywhere. The quality of the linen is very thin and terrible, and develops tiny holes all over the fabric making it unusable.

Truly a disappointment ! Truly a horrible customer service experience! Their products aren't cheap, and I’d expect someone to return my repeated emails on a 250$ purchase, but alas no. Their chat wasn’t helpful either, so now I’m left waiting for the products to arrive (too late for the surprise occasion they were meant for!) -when I won’t need them anymore. Such a disappointment!

awful sheets awful service my sheets wore holes in them within a year, duvet full of strings and basically unusable. tried to reach out to customer service and they made up a complete lie saying I was already refunded and that I actually never even picked up my order in the first place. how the hell would I have sheets now with holes in them if I never picked them up? absolute trash company, will never support them again

Flat Out Great I've spent the last few months trying out the white linen bed set, and absolutely love it. The linen gives a cool comfortable feeling, and the constructions looks durable - I expect it to wear in several years. One request, I'm a very warm sleeper, and it'd be great if your team could add an ultralight duvet option. I tried your lightweight duvet, and unfortunately it was still too warm. Thanks!

Initially disappointed with quality of sheets, but the customer service was great! Update *** Sarah from the Customer Experience team followed up with me after my initial experience. I have since had my fitted sheet replaced. I am very happy with the level of customer service I was provided!! So far the new sheet has been great! Had the sateen sheets for less than a year before they developed holes. They are unwilling to refund me or replace the items.
