GBI purchased Parachute brand pillows of medium firmness and it was a complete waist of money. The pillows were INSTANTLY FLAT and felt CHEAP. There is nothing luxurious about these pillows. I purchased Parachute brand pillows, duvet, and sheets for over 1k (and this was on sale ha!) and the quality is TERRIBLE. I assumed I was getting quality for the exuberant price because you get what you pay for right, but there is no way this bedding should cost what it does. Biggest red flag: they NEVER followed up via email to assess my experience. Me and my husband chose the medium firmness for the pillows and they were flat instantly; no fluff or luxury feeling what so ever and the bedding was a bit coarse not soft or luxurious at all. This was a complete rip off. I should've searched reviews before. I've had better quality at a far lower price before I could afford to spend so much on bedding. DO NOT PATRONIZE PARACHUTE. THEIR BUSINESS IS A SCAM.

GBawful sheets awful service my sheets wore holes in them within a year, duvet full of strings and basically unusable. tried to reach out to customer service and they made up a complete lie saying I was already refunded and that I actually never even picked up my order in the first place. how the hell would I have sheets now with holes in them if I never picked them up? absolute trash company, will never support them again

GBSteer clear of Parachute Steer clear of Parachute! No customer service - only emails to communicate/resolve issues. I ordered a Parachute bed and was assured that it would accommodate an adjustable base. Later, I discover that it can't. I emailed their CX team to explain the misrepresentation (most likely inadvertent by their salesperson) and was told that although the bed hadn't been manufactured, they would not cancel the order. I posted a negative review on Trustpilot and also emailed their CEO. Within hours the order was cancelled and a refund issued. I contrast this experience to that with Saatva - a more mature and professional organization. I hope Parachute's management will take notice and up their customer experience game as it is sorely lacking now.

GBTruly a disappointment ! Truly a horrible customer service experience! Their products aren't cheap, and I’d expect someone to return my repeated emails on a 250$ purchase, but alas no. Their chat wasn’t helpful either, so now I’m left waiting for the products to arrive (too late for the surprise occasion they were meant for!) -when I won’t need them anymore. Such a disappointment!

GBExpensive Sheets that Didn't Last These sheets are not cheap, but they started to come apart on me in less than a year and a half, with holes in the sheets and pillowcase lining coming undone at the seams. That being said, Parachute has reached out and been very good about compensating me for the issue, which is a lot more than can be said about many companies these days. So while I doubt I will be purchasing these particular sheets again in the future, I can get behind a company that tries to create an ultimately positive customer experience. 1 star for my product and five stars for support = 3 stars.
