Truly a disappointment ! Truly a horrible customer service experience! Their products aren't cheap, and I’d expect someone to return my repeated emails on a 250$ purchase, but alas no. Their chat wasn’t helpful either, so now I’m left waiting for the products to arrive (too late for the surprise occasion they were meant for!) -when I won’t need them anymore. Such a disappointment!

If I could leave zero stars I would If I could leave zero stars I would. Bought linen sheets for my son for college a little over two years ago. He mentioned to me the fitted sheet had developed a huge hole. Contacted customer service to let them know I was placing an order for a new sheet, but obviously they have quality issues (had to order from there because of sheet set and color match or definitely wouldn’t have) - was met with NO SOLUTION. Not a discount, not a replacement, not anything. Complete missed opportunity. What a terrible company and horrible customer service. Take your business anywhere but Parachute.

Holey sheet these are the worst! Holey sheet these are the worst! Quality is so poor. Had a king fitted sheet that developed holes after less than a year. The company did replace the product. However, now my flat sheet has multiple holes and since it has been about 2 years, the response from customer service was “sorry, but we don’t help with product issues after 1 year.” What kind of sheets are only expected to last 1-2 years? Worst customer service and product is definitely not worth the price. Do not buy!

Initially disappointed with quality of sheets, but the customer service was great! Update *** Sarah from the Customer Experience team followed up with me after my initial experience. I have since had my fitted sheet replaced. I am very happy with the level of customer service I was provided!! So far the new sheet has been great! Thank you Parachute & Sarah for making this right! **Original Review Within the first month of owning the sateen sheets they began piling. Had the sateen sheets for less than a year before they developed holes. They are unwilling to refund me or replace the items.

Enhanced Sleeping Experience Our Parachute sheets have far exceeded our expectations, and resulted in a more relaxed and enjoyable sleeping experience night after night. The biggest challenge has become getting out of bed in the morning as we don't want to get out from under the covers. We're currently debating whether to buy a second pair. Clearly can't say enough good things about them.
