How pathetic this company is How pathetic this company is. I bought two portable bidets. It took forever for them to arrive (2 months). One of them broke so I'm trying to contact the company to see if it can be repaired. I filled out the contact form on their website but it wont go through because it says my phone number is invalid. I tried my wife's number and it says hers is invalid. So now I'm stuck with a broken device. How sad they are.

SCAM SCAM Please do not order!!! Trying to return my order number 2320276803 rec'd 15.1.2023. Completed forms several times online, still no replies. Has anyone received refunds and how long did it take? Very disappointed with the service and the product. The heaters do not perform as advertised.

Never received -SCAM Ordered May 1 - I received an order number but never received a tracking number (as stated should have been within 48 hours). I contacted their support several times, and the response was always the same - please be patient. I lost patience on 6/3/22 when neither a refund nor a tracking number was received. I have contacted my bank's fraud department. Update 6/5/2022: Order #2218729052

I received my full refund from Blast Auxilliary and so my review is now a 3 out 5 stars. Thank you Trust pilot for your help. I appreciate it. Don't trust Blast Auxiliary, they advertise 100 % satisfaction guarantee or get your money back. I cannot get anyone to answer my email and help me, except for daily apologies and promises to expedite the issue. I have been going back and forth with their customer service on returning my Blast Auxiliary air cleaner, and they are playing games with me by sending the same emails to me over and over. First, they wrote and said that "We have opened a ticket, and they are experiencing an extremely high volume of support requests and are answering inquiries in the order received". So, I wait patiently, and then they write and say they are "just wondering if I had the chance to review the latest update from Tris, Tris is expecting some further information from you to proceed with the ticket". So, I write and give them all the information I have. Then they write, "I would like to apologize for the delay in replying to your email. Due to the overwhelming response from our customers... and Kind regards, Tris". So, I wait, and then they write and say "Request #... Return my order was closed and merged into this request". This has been going on since May 24, and they say I have one month to return. ??? Worst experience ever with this company … Worst experience ever with this company. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE. I tried placing an order in the middle of the process I changed my mind and cancel the order but even though that my card was charged. I tried contacting the company requesting a refund the only thing I will receive from the company will respond is that i only need to be patient on order to receive my product. I never even received an email with a confirmation number for my transaction neither an order number as well as a routing number was never provided. This company doesn’t have a customer service number where you can talk to someone.
