SCAM!!! Same experience. I ordered my small heater about 6 weeks ago. Yep. terrible quality. It will NEVER heat up a small room. I immediately contacted the company to return the order. Very weird protocol. I received several emails in short succession telling me that I was top priority (very scam like). Then nothing. I have written again. Nothing. Do. not buy this. It is a scam. SCAM SCAM Please do not order!!! Trying to return my order number 2320276803 rec'd 15.1.2023. Completed forms several times online, still no replies. Has anyone received refunds and how long did it take? Very disappointed with the service and the product. The heaters do not perform as advertised.

Please please do not purchase this heater This product does not perform as described in he advertising video. The heat produced can only be felt if you are very very close the unit. It will NEVER heat up even a vey small space and for the price it is a disgrace. I initially requested a refund for this product a month ago. However, the hoops that Blaux put in the way has made returning it almost impossible to carry out. On a number of occasions I have been asked for my order number and I have given them ALL the numbers allocated to this purchase. On the email receipt from Global performance it shows a number which I have given them. On the shipping details which arrived with the heater, the Store order number – ditto. And I also gave them the Shipment ID number. Looking through some of the review responses, I am guessing that the “customer services” response will no doubt post a generic apology and ask for them again…. Worse customer service ever.

I want a refund I have been trying to get a refund on this blast auxiliary air purifier for over two months. I have only gotten a run around. I am not satisfied with this product, I think it is cheap and not effective.

Worst experience ever with this company … Worst experience ever with this company. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE. I tried placing an order in the middle of the process I changed my mind and cancel the order but even though that my card was charged. I tried contacting the company requesting a refund the only thing I will receive from the company will respond is that i only need to be patient on order to receive my product. I never even received an email with a confirmation number for my transaction neither an order number as well as a routing number was never provided. This company doesn’t have a customer service number where you can talk to someone.
