This product does not perform as described This product does not perform as described in he advertising video. The heat produced can only be felt if you are within 12" of the front of the unit. It will NEVER heat up even a vey small space. I initially requested a refund for this product a month ago. I have since received 8 messages promising to send me a return label but never doing so. This lack of action and delay tactic has SCAM written all over it. If the Company spent as much time responding to the initial request as they have delaying, the issue could have been resolved. Worse customer service ever. Order Number 2220022344. Interesting that each time this post is updated, a quick response from Blast Auxiliary is written, supposedly reaching out resolve the issue. But then nothing further results. No action. No resolution. No response. Nothing.

I want a refund I have been trying to get a refund on this blast auxiliary air purifier for over two months. I have only gotten a run around. I am not satisfied with this product, I think it is cheap and not effective.

Never received -SCAM Ordered May 1 - I received an order number but never received a tracking number (as stated should have been within 48 hours). I contacted their support several times, and the response was always the same - please be patient. I lost patience on 6/3/22 when neither a refund nor a tracking number was received. I have contacted my bank's fraud department. Update 6/5/2022: Order #2218729052

SCAM!!! Same experience. I ordered my small heater about 6 weeks ago. Yep. terrible quality. It will NEVER heat up a small room. I immediately contacted the company to return the order. Very weird protocol. I received several emails in short succession telling me that I was top priority (very scam like). Then nothing. I have written again. Nothing. Do. not buy this. It is a scam.
