GBPlease please do not purchase this heater This product does not perform as described in he advertising video. The heat produced can only be felt if you are very very close the unit. It will NEVER heat up even a vey small space and for the price it is a disgrace. I initially requested a refund for this product a month ago. However, the hoops that Blaux put in the way has made returning it almost impossible to carry out. On a number of occasions I have been asked for my order number and I have given them ALL the numbers allocated to this purchase. On the email receipt from Global performance it shows a number which I have given them. On the shipping details which arrived with the heater, the Store order number – ditto. And I also gave them the Shipment ID number. Looking through some of the review responses, I am guessing that the “customer services” response will no doubt post a generic apology and ask for them again…. Worse customer service ever.

GBI received my full refund from Blast Auxilliary and so my review is now a 3 out 5 stars. Thank you Trust pilot for your help. I appreciate it. Don't trust Blast Auxiliary, they advertise 100 % satisfaction guarantee or get your money back. I cannot get anyone to answer my email and help me, except for daily apologies and promises to expedite the issue. I have been going back and forth with their customer service on returning my Blast Auxiliary air cleaner, and they are playing games with me by sending the same emails to me over and over. First, they wrote and said that "We have opened a ticket, and they are experiencing an extremely high volume of support requests and are answering inquiries in the order received". So, I wait patiently, and then they write and say they are "just wondering if I had the chance to review the latest update from Tris, Tris is expecting some further information from you to proceed with the ticket". So, I write and give them all the information I have. Then they write, "I would like to apologize for the delay in replying to your email. Due to the overwhelming response from our customers... and Kind regards, Tris". So, I wait, and then they write and say "Request #... Return my order was closed and merged into this request". This has been going on since May 24, and they say I have one month to return. ??? GBWish I'd read these reviews before I… Wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased. Doesn't heat a very small room, even with the doors closed. I'd expected so much more when it was so expensive. Now I have to pay for tracked return to The Netherlands to get a refund. I knew I'd have to pay for return postage but there was no indication it'd be outside the UK. Disappointed.

GBHow pathetic this company is How pathetic this company is. I bought two portable bidets. It took forever for them to arrive (2 months). One of them broke so I'm trying to contact the company to see if it can be repaired. I filled out the contact form on their website but it wont go through because it says my phone number is invalid. I tried my wife's number and it says hers is invalid. So now I'm stuck with a broken device. How sad they are.
