Please please do not purchase this heater This product does not perform as described in he advertising video. The heat produced can only be felt if you are very very close the unit. It will NEVER heat up even a vey small space and for the price it is a disgrace. I initially requested a refund for this product a month ago. However, the hoops that Blaux put in the way has made returning it almost impossible to carry out. On a number of occasions I have been asked for my order number and I have given them ALL the numbers allocated to this purchase. On the email receipt from Global performance it shows a number which I have given them. On the shipping details which arrived with the heater, the Store order number – ditto. And I also gave them the Shipment ID number. Looking through some of the review responses, I am guessing that the “customer services” response will no doubt post a generic apology and ask for them again…. Worse customer service ever.

I ordered 2 on 12/21/22 I ordered 2 on 12/21/22. Still waiting for the delivery. Haven't had an update or heard from them since the confirmation email. How long does it take to receive an order? You received your money right away.

Absolutely useless heater Absolutely useless heater. Wish I had read the honest reviews here before purchasing. I bought it for my small 5 sqm office and even leaving it on constantly does not heat the room. The only reason I have not returned it is because of the equally bad reviews about Blaux`s return policy and procedure.

How pathetic this company is How pathetic this company is. I bought two portable bidets. It took forever for them to arrive (2 months). One of them broke so I'm trying to contact the company to see if it can be repaired. I filled out the contact form on their website but it wont go through because it says my phone number is invalid. I tried my wife's number and it says hers is invalid. So now I'm stuck with a broken device. How sad they are.
