Perfect service I had delivery of my order quickly- it was packaged securely which was a concern to me when I placed my order. My fears were totally unfounded. This was a gift, and the recipient LOVED it! The look can easily be changed by simply purchasing a set of different colored shades...brilliant! I would absolutely come here first when purchasing another light fixture. From start to finish, the service was outstanding.

The worst. Proceed with caution. I ordered an expensive light fixture in April, which advertised to ship in a week. After weeks of no information on order status, and more weeks of no response from their customer service, I was finally told at the end of May that the item had shipped. It is now the end of June, I am stuck contacting multiple freight companies who have handed off the fixture, with no help and no response from Gallery Chandeliers. I should have read these reviews first, and I will NEVER order through them again.

They are a complete fraud They are a complete fraud! Do trust the reviews. I regretted not trusting them. Ordered a chandelier in March. Constantly gave excuses of no stock but did not provide any proper communication. Said will refund but again making excuses before processing refund! Do not buy from them!

Purchased 3 chandeliers for wedding reception The chandeliers were very pretty once assembled. They arrived quickly and intact. There were no directions for assembly so we had to watch the video several times and google assembly directions. Each took about an hour to build and the "crystals" needed extra wire reinforcements so they could be held securely for use in the reception tent. WE also had to add a wire housing in order for them to be hung safely. Overall, very pretty and worked well. The purchase price was much better than any rental quotes and the rental vendor ended up purchasing them from me after our event!

We admire it every day. We love our chandalier. I took about 6 months deciding what I might put in a very formal breakfast area in a newly remodeled ultra luxury kitchen. I am so happy with the choice to order it from Gallery74, the service was outstanding. One crystal ball was missing and they mailed it to me right away. I would order from them again without any hesitation.
