Great customer service Had an issue with an order. Paid but received no confirmation for order or shipping. Solved within days by a well setup customer service. I was genuinely impressed by their customer service for the following reasons: 1. Prompt replies - at least 1 email exchange daily monitoring status of claim. 2. Proactive staff - was asked the right questions at the right time to get to the solution. Was offered a discount for my trouble. 3. Single point of contact - Joan, a CS rep, took it upon herself to investigate and follow up, saving me the trouble of having to explain the situation to several different people over and over again, as I've experienced with other brands. Moreover, their products are faultless. Kudos!

Pleasantly surprised Pleasantly surprised I had a red Bosch quigo for about 5yrs and gradually it's full of dust with no way to get in to clean it. I looked at green version...twice the price! Some how I find my way to huepar and not needing all singing all dancing laser, I find similar if not better version of Bosch green quigo, 1/3 of the price! Arrived in a day or two and comes with case , batteries, magnetic bracket and reflector/ beamfinder. Well happy! 2yr warranty included....why wouldn't you?

Excellent customer service. Great laser level. I recently purchased a Huepar DT03CG which is a great laser level. There was a glitch with it. Huepar support was excellent. They sent me a new replacement level right away. They were easy to contact and fast with the replies. They definitely stand behind their products! That laser level is awesome: simple to operate and the lines are very bright. I really like the fact that the laser beam brightness can be adjusted. I tested it at 135' straight line outside, and the receiver picked up the signal instantly. I definitely recommend this company!
