Great functionality at the right price Their lasers are priced right and have to functionality and features in line with the price being charged. The laser worked great minus a small… The laser worked great minus a small issue with the plumb dot it was off by a quarter inch. I mentioned this to Huepars customer care and they responded within 24 hours. They let there technicians know and resolved it by sending out a new laser. Overall I would say 5 out of 5 due to the fact they take there customer service serious and care to help you with the issue.

Customer service was amazing Customer service was amazing! Had an issue with a tripod I purchased and they took care of it faster then any other warranty issue I’ve had with any other company! I purchased one of Huepar's lasers as…an addition to my carpenters tools I purchased one of Huepar's lasers as the price and amount of functions is fantastic. Very happy with my purchase until I had a problem with the pendulum sticking. I contacted Huepar, and after trying to help me fix the unit they very kindly sent a brand new laser kit out FOC. I cannot fault their products or customer service. Technical problems to arise and they delt with the matter very well.
