I’ve had 2 laser levels from Huepar… I’ve had 2 laser levels from Huepar now, one is 3 years old and has been brilliant, my second one had an issue after 6 months and there customer service team sent me out a new one straight away, wasn’t expecting such good customer support when their products are much cheaper than the big brands but pleasently surprised! Can’t recommend them enough.

I purchased one of Huepar's lasers as…an addition to my carpenters tools I purchased one of Huepar's lasers as the price and amount of functions is fantastic. Very happy with my purchase until I had a problem with the pendulum sticking. I contacted Huepar, and after trying to help me fix the unit they very kindly sent a brand new laser kit out FOC. I cannot fault their products or customer service. Technical problems to arise and they delt with the matter very well.

Excellent customer service. Great laser level. I recently purchased a Huepar DT03CG which is a great laser level. There was a glitch with it. Huepar support was excellent. They sent me a new replacement level right away. They were easy to contact and fast with the replies. They definitely stand behind their products! That laser level is awesome: simple to operate and the lines are very bright. I really like the fact that the laser beam brightness can be adjusted. I tested it at 135' straight line outside, and the receiver picked up the signal instantly. I definitely recommend this company!

Efficiency of After Sales service As the battery of my new laser was KO, and under warranty, After Sales service has been efficient to deliver a New battery. Despite an issue on first attempt due to a mistake on french delivery side Chronopost, After Sales service launched succesfully a New delivery

Customer service was amazing Customer service was amazing! Had an issue with a tripod I purchased and they took care of it faster then any other warranty issue I’ve had with any other company! I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to share this experience! I received updates constantly and they wasted no time to get my issue resolved! I will be purchasing from them again for this experience alone.
