GBI've been waiting 4 days with no… I've been waiting 4 days with no communication from Huepar, and seems very hard to get hold of anybody about a product that has not been delivered.

CAThe laser worked great minus a small… The laser worked great minus a small issue with the plumb dot it was off by a quarter inch. I mentioned this to Huepars customer care and they responded within 24 hours. They let there technicians know and resolved it by sending out a new laser. Overall I would say 5 out of 5 due to the fact they take there customer service serious and care to help you with the issue.

FRProduct works well Product works well. The 4 options buttons are difficult to read but quickly learnt. I was particularly pleased to get a prompt answer from support and link to a pdf version of the instruction booklet. 01 Feb 2024: Yesterday I tried to use the laser outside for the first time. It is not powerful enough and and the laser dot can't be seen, even in the shade, even at 2 or 3 meters. So the advertised 60 metres is not accurate. Maybe I have a faulty one. I will try to get an answer from Customer Services

GBI purchased one of Huepar's lasers as…an addition to my carpenters tools I purchased one of Huepar's lasers as the price and amount of functions is fantastic. Very happy with my purchase until I had a problem with the pendulum sticking. I contacted Huepar, and after trying to help me fix the unit they very kindly sent a brand new laser kit out FOC. I cannot fault their products or customer service. Technical problems to arise and they delt with the matter very well.
