Great functionality at the right price Their lasers are priced right and have to functionality and features in line with the price being charged. I have been using their lasers for a couple of years now and each time I love the results and ease to setup straight and level lines for any project. Thank you Huepar

I’ve had 2 laser levels from Huepar… I’ve had 2 laser levels from Huepar now, one is 3 years old and has been brilliant, my second one had an issue after 6 months and there customer service team sent me out a new one straight away, wasn’t expecting such good customer support when their products are much cheaper than the big brands but pleasently surprised! Can’t recommend them enough.

Great customer service Had an issue with an order. Paid but received no confirmation for order or shipping. Solved within days by a well setup customer service. I was genuinely impressed by their customer service for the following reasons: 1. Prompt replies - at least 1 email exchange daily monitoring status of claim. 2. Proactive staff - was asked the right questions at the right time to get to the solution. Was offered a discount for my trouble. 3. Single point of contact - Joan, a CS rep, took it upon herself to investigate and follow up, saving me the trouble of having to explain the situation to several different people over and over again, as I've experienced with other brands. Moreover, their products are faultless. Kudos!

Solving an issue with laser 16lines I had a little issue with laser 16lines. So I contacted Huepar and explained them what the issue was. They solved my problem in a matter of 4 days when I received a new piece and issue was solved. It tooked me 1 video, and 2 emails. Total time 20min. Absolutely amazing. I hope more businesses will be kind, responsible and fast as Huepar. The laser is working perfectly and I would like to Thank you Team of Huepar to save my time and for fast respond and responsability for your product. I understand, that sometimes some pieces should be demmage, but your prompt respond was amazing. Good job and stay on the track. 👏👏👏

Product works well Product works well. The 4 options buttons are difficult to read but quickly learnt. I was particularly pleased to get a prompt answer from support and link to a pdf version of the instruction booklet. 01 Feb 2024: Yesterday I tried to use the laser outside for the first time. It is not powerful enough and and the laser dot can't be seen, even in the shade, even at 2 or 3 meters. So the advertised 60 metres is not accurate. Maybe I have a faulty one. I will try to get an answer from Customer Services
