I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to share this experience! I received updates constantly and they wasted no time to get my issue resolved! Excellent customer service. Great laser level. I recently purchased a Huepar DT03CG which is a great laser level. There was a glitch with it. Huepar support was excellent. They sent me a new replacement level right away. They were easy to contact and fast with the replies. They definitely stand behind their products! That laser level is awesome: simple to operate and the lines are very bright. I really like the fact that the laser beam brightness can be adjusted. I tested it at 135' straight line outside, and the receiver picked up the signal instantly. I definitely recommend this company!

I've been waiting 4 days with no… I've been waiting 4 days with no communication from Huepar, and seems very hard to get hold of anybody about a product that has not been delivered.
