FRProduct works well Product works well. The 4 options buttons are difficult to read but quickly learnt. I was particularly pleased to get a prompt answer from support and link to a pdf version of the instruction booklet. 01 Feb 2024: Yesterday I tried to use the laser outside for the first time. It is not powerful enough and and the laser dot can't be seen, even in the shade, even at 2 or 3 meters. So the advertised 60 metres is not accurate. Maybe I have a faulty one. I will try to get an answer from Customer Services

CAGreat functionality at the right price Their lasers are priced right and have to functionality and features in line with the price being charged. CAExcellent customer service. Great laser level. I recently purchased a Huepar DT03CG which is a great laser level. There was a glitch with it. Huepar support was excellent. They sent me a new replacement level right away. They were easy to contact and fast with the replies. They definitely stand behind their products! That laser level is awesome: simple to operate and the lines are very bright. I really like the fact that the laser beam brightness can be adjusted. I tested it at 135' straight line outside, and the receiver picked up the signal instantly. I definitely recommend this company!

GBCustomer service was amazing Customer service was amazing! Had an issue with a tripod I purchased and they took care of it faster then any other warranty issue I’ve had with any other company! I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to share this experience! I received updates constantly and they wasted no time to get my issue resolved! I will be purchasing from them again for this experience alone.

CAThe laser worked great minus a small… The laser worked great minus a small issue with the plumb dot it was off by a quarter inch. I mentioned this to Huepars customer care and they responded within 24 hours. They let there technicians know and resolved it by sending out a new laser. Overall I would say 5 out of 5 due to the fact they take there customer service serious and care to help you with the issue.
