CAThe laser worked great minus a small… The laser worked great minus a small issue with the plumb dot it was off by a quarter inch. I mentioned this to Huepars customer care and they responded within 24 hours. They let there technicians know and resolved it by sending out a new laser. Overall I would say 5 out of 5 due to the fact they take there customer service serious and care to help you with the issue.

CASolving an issue with laser 16lines I had a little issue with laser 16lines. So I contacted Huepar and explained them what the issue was. They solved my problem in a matter of 4 days when I received a new piece and issue was solved. It tooked me 1 video, and 2 emails. Total time 20min. Absolutely amazing. I hope more businesses will be kind, responsible and fast as Huepar. The laser is working perfectly and I would like to Thank you Team of Huepar to save my time and for fast respond and responsability for your product. I understand, that sometimes some pieces should be demmage, but your prompt respond was amazing. Good job and stay on the track. 👏👏👏

GBExcellent service and products I had a 703CG laser that kept having an intermittent fault but every time I tried to record it happing the fault stopped or wouldn’t happen until another 5 minutes later. I contacted customer service and was assisted by Kylin. I sent over the necessary information and explained the issue. Kylin was extremely helpful and said he would get back to me. A few days passed and I received a email from Kylin saying that a new laser has been posted to me and to keep a look out. I was not expecting a new laser and at the least was expecting to return this laser for a repair. The package arrived on the date Kylin said. I opened the box thinking it would be a laser body but instead they sent a whole new sealed laser, box, battery and everything else. I couldn’t believe it. This effort was far beyond my expectations and I wasn’t expecting this. I couldn’t fault Kylin’s help and Huepar’s support and customer care. This would definitely make me recommend them to fellow tradesmen. I previously had DEWALT laser and there was no such thing as a customer care. Goes to show how a small company can strive. GBI've been waiting 4 days with no… I've been waiting 4 days with no communication from Huepar, and seems very hard to get hold of anybody about a product that has not been delivered.
