Craftmanship and Pride I recently discovered your company when I purchased The Collector for my son for Christmas this year. I didn't know just what to expect and being a bit hesitant to shell out $$$ with the fear it would arrive cheaply made and possibly damaged. Needless to say He LOVED his gift! And we were all very impressed with your products and the care you take in packaging and shipping to protect such a worthy investment for collectors. The craftmanship with the beautiful REAL wood shows the care and pride in making something that truly could be handed down through several generations is very much worth the price.

Great service Product shipped on time as expected. Unboxing experience was great, similar to the feel of unboxing an Apple product. Premium feel and a great visual way ti display my watches. The drawers were high quality on rollers. Other drawers I have used get stuck or are difficult to open, sometimes subject to wear and tear but these seem like they will last a long while.

Great product but I think after sales… Great product but I think after sales services need to improve. After you purchased the watch dock inside the package there is a paper slip with a QR code for you to scan and to a link, which is if your pillars are too big for the watch. But there were no further responses after I’ve submitted everything. When I sent email directly to their contact they came back and say there is actually nothing they can do for the pillars size and asked me to consider to buy the other product with removable pillars. Kind of pointless when you include something in the package that nothing can be done.

Awesome Products by Genuine Creators ! I presently have 2 Coin Decks and will add more H&H products as soon as I can ! As a coin and EDC collector it's super important to keep my stuff organized but most solutions for that keep it outta sight ! H&H solution allow you to simultaneously store and display your collection, sharing what you love about them with the people you love ! Great design, great service and a powerful drive to create more useful products that meet our lifestyle needs ... that is H&H ! Well done !

Great company plus excellent customer service Great products I really enjoyed using them and they look good anywhere I place them at home. Also wonderful customer service if or whenever you need them. They’re willing to work with you and make it right. Looking forward to their future products and hope they redesign The Hub which has great potential to be the best product they can offer.
