Try to match certain products and…website needs thrown out. Try to match certain products and manufacturers on the website to your products is a terrible hassle and we purchased 3 separate Versatrim tall stairnose none of which matched well it would be nice for the cost of the materials that a way of cross referencing products to yours would be most helpful. Updated 9/17/23 Purchases for the project I am currently referencing came from my account and my G/F ordered from her home PC. In the past I have ordered “Brushed Oak”, “Grey Riven Slate” and and searched for a “Bleached Elm” but settled on a best guess visually, not all purchases have been stair nosing. Lets not loose site of the complaint shall we. The product is fine but my point was the process for selecting a proper match could be much simpler.

Great customer service. I got a very nice bulk discount, which no other company offered. The flooring arrived in perfect condition. Overall, a great experience.

Happy customer Happy with their products and the fact that shipping timelines are accurate. The threshold trim we bought took about a month to arrive, and while OnFlooring wasn't able to get me any updates on that because it was the manufacturer's shipping estimate, it did arrive in the timeframe originally given to me. If you want things quicker, order a month earlier. :)

Very poor quality transition strips Very poor quality transition strips. Super thin piece of printed vinyl glued to a piece of particleboard - barely adhered and already peeling in some places, scratches easily. I bought these transitions to match my CoreTec flooring thinking it would be easier than ordering through my local distributor. Much worse quality than if I had just bought a close enough match available at a box store. Wildly overpriced at $50 for a 96” piece of garbage.

Excellent customer service The transition strip was nothing like the color we ordered. It was supposed to be piano black (a solid black). We received a transition strip with white striations on black! We did not order the wrong color, we wanted 513 piano black as that is the color of our other, shorter transition strips as per the recommendation of Lucida Surfaces. OnFlooring contacted us and after submitting photos, they refunded our payment. Excellent customer service. Would recommend and use again if needed.
