Customer Service! Your prices were better than I found locally. I had an issue when ordering and called customer service and an actual person answered the phone, I could understand him, and he helped me fix the issue! We got our entire order, it was correct, and not damaged. Sadly, this is rare, and I was so happy this was an easy purchase. Plus, the floor looks GREAT!!

Try to match certain products and…website needs thrown out. Try to match certain products and manufacturers on the website to your products is a terrible hassle and we purchased 3 separate Versatrim tall stairnose none of which matched well it would be nice for the cost of the materials that a way of cross referencing products to yours would be most helpful. Updated 9/17/23 Purchases for the project I am currently referencing came from my account and my G/F ordered from her home PC. In the past I have ordered “Brushed Oak”, “Grey Riven Slate” and and searched for a “Bleached Elm” but settled on a best guess visually, not all purchases have been stair nosing. Lets not loose site of the complaint shall we. The product is fine but my point was the process for selecting a proper match could be much simpler.

Pleased Spent a lot of time on-line looking for a match to our existing LVP. OnFloor had want we needed at a great price and very reasonable shipping rate. The communication from start to finish by email or phone was excellent! The backorder issue was getting a little frustrating but I understand still a common problem. The shipping carrier was equally very good, the emailing and phone communication was great!
