GBAmerican Alarm in my opinion #1 American Alarm is on top of notifying their customers when someone without a code enters. Using the Virtual Key to see who comes in and maybe set off in error is a great tool, along with being able to Arm and Disarm remotely. Installation is clean and you'd never know they were there. Easy to add people with access codes or delete them. Recommend them to other businesses in the area to use American Alarm.

GBThey are the best! I have been with this company for over 30 yrs. I was on vacation for 10 days and my front door alarm went off twice, which it never did in the 30 yrs that it was installed. I came back home and one Saturday night after I had set the alarm, again the front door went off. The monitoring office called to make sure all was good and of course it was. But I also explained to the gentleman that this had happened, and he said he would put in a message for Service to call me on Monday. Sure enough Monday Cheryl called me to schedule a service call and she said if I wanted the service technician to come that afternoon, I said yes as I was going to be home. Not even about 10 min. later he was at my door. This Technician had been at my house before in 2023 to replace some switches and I was happy to see him, because I recognized him and felt comfortable. Keith was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done in no time. I would not change this company for another one, because their professionalism, friendliness and best customer service is irreplaceable.

GBGood technical support at house Good technical support at house. It would have been helpful, though, for the tech on the phone a few days before to know more about the set-up of various key pads. That would have avoided a $200+ service call to the house to insert the new password for my wifi router. I could have done it myself if the tech on the phone had understood the layout of my keypad even after I described it to him.
