Since it was not a type with which I was familiar, I asked for a technician to do the job. He went above and beyond and checked and replaced all of the related batteries since none had been changed since the original implementation of our system.

USThey are the best! I have been with this company for over 30 yrs. I was on vacation for 10 days and my front door alarm went off twice, which it never did in the 30 yrs that it was installed. I came back home and one Saturday night after I had set the alarm, again the front door went off. The monitoring office called to make sure all was good and of course it was. But I also explained to the gentleman that this had happened, and he said he would put in a message for Service to call me on Monday. Sure enough Monday Cheryl called me to schedule a service call and she said if I wanted the service technician to come that afternoon, I said yes as I was going to be home. Not even about 10 min. later he was at my door. This Technician had been at my house before in 2023 to replace some switches and I was happy to see him, because I recognized him and felt comfortable. Keith was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done in no time. I would not change this company for another one, because their professionalism, friendliness and best customer service is irreplaceable.
