GBThe Pros and the Cons High score and much appreciation for having a real person calling regarding the triggered alarm. Would have been higher if said person could tell me if the alarm has been silenced/disarmed.

GBGood technical support at house Good technical support at house. It would have been helpful, though, for the tech on the phone a few days before to know more about the set-up of various key pads. That would have avoided a $200+ service call to the house to insert the new password for my wifi router. I could have done it myself if the tech on the phone had understood the layout of my keypad even after I described it to him.

GBTerrible service A contractor mistakenly put a screw through one of the alarm wires. Caused my alarm to go a bit crazy. When I called for help (at least 5 times over 12 hours) I would only get pieces of information - I.e. What does putting your system in test mean? How long, do I need to continue to request test status for long renovations, etc. I was uninformed until forwarded finally to the on call tech who was able to disable the affected wire segment. The service reps did not give me the required help, didn’t seem to communicate on hand offs, didn’t read notes, talked about having to get into two systems, etc. It was a nightmare. One guy suggested I (a 66 year old single woman) get a ladder & put plastic over the devices around 11:30 pm! Your on site tech, once again - was the one bright spot. Found & fixed the problem, communicated on a timely basis & completely.

GBAlarm not working Alarm not working. It was due to Verizon disconnecting the system. Alarm company fixed it in under 5 minutes. Best service call I have ever had!!
