I received a very fair price I received a very fair price, open box, and through no fault of their own, FedEx lost it as it arrived to my town. But Hugo and their customer service stayed on top of it and followed it back out found me another open box fan and made it work out.

Although this purchase did not work out but because of their amazing customer support, I will def come back for future purchases.

Smafan went above and beyond to make it right. I ordered 2 fans. When they arrived the trim was 2 different colors of gold. I contacted them and they sent a new trim piece. Now I have 2 fans that match. Thank you for great customer service.

The quality of the fan is top notch by… The quality of the fan is top notch by far, it was quite challenging to install believe it or not because of the electrical shroud that connects to the ceiling plate it’s simply not deep enough. The round donut and the square transformer had to be in an exact location and even then it was very tight. I’m having trouble with the remote I’ve got to hold it 12” away for it to work. Love the fan though well built and quiet.
