GBBought a down rod Bought a down rod, No instructions and no apparent capability with said fan then no return when item wasn’t used. I was charged me an operations fee deducted from my refund because it wasn’t a quality issue when I would have happily returned it. Just a Buyer beware….after their response I did not receive the correct credit….I paid $41.90 and received a credit of $27.69 so they charged me $14.21 operations fee. Really? You say to cover reshipping but told me not to return it so there is no return shipping. I would not consider this a resolution.

GBSmafan Experience So far my experience with Smafan is A+(5Star). Product delivery was 3-5 days as advertised. Installation was quick and easy, installation guaide was great. I love the variable/infinite speed fan and LED light . This 3 blade fan moves more air than the 5 blade Hunter fan it replaced. The Hunter fan still worked, however it was showing its age (20 years). Hope this Smafan lasts as long. I like the remote control. I'M thinking about hooking it to my WiFi to control it. An Android or smartphone App would be ideal.

GBSilas 44” Fan Let me start by saying this is the 6th fan I’ve purchased in the past 6 months after moving into a new home. I’ve been extremely satisfied with all of my fans so far. That said, after paying to have this last one (Silas) installed, we notice a screeching noise when it’s on one particular fan setting. Disappointing, as I do not want to return it and have to pay a second installation fee. We will only be using the fan on the other settings. Too bad the setting we cannot use is the one I would likely use most often!

GBNice fans but make sure you get the new version I purchased 2 fans from Trifecte Home on Amazon. One was received on time and the other was delayed and eventually lost in transit. Reordered, and the second finally arrived 8 days later. Although they were the same model, there were 2 different designs where the electrical cable running through the down rod were different setup. I had to get their customer service to send the 4 bolts that were missing from the package. This took about 8 business days to receive and finally installed. The newer version fan is certainly better.
