Customer service contacted me via email and text message to let me know I had ordered something I did not need and then they, with my agreement, canceled the harness I did not need and promptly refunded me for the part I did not need!! Love the service

US3rd SmaFan, first with light kit This is my 3rd SmaFan so it's easy tell I have been having positive experiences with the company and their products. We now have 3 icebreaker models inside our house, but this is the first one with a light kit that I will hang. The other two I have in the house are just fans and lighting in room is recessed. All the fans run so quiet yet produce a ton of smooth air flow. Some of the modes like the natural breeze is great but it's kind of an unexpected gust that will take out your loose papers.

USSmafan Experience So far my experience with Smafan is A+(5Star). Product delivery was 3-5 days as advertised. Installation was quick and easy, installation guaide was great. I love the variable/infinite speed fan and LED light . This 3 blade fan moves more air than the 5 blade Hunter fan it replaced. The Hunter fan still worked, however it was showing its age (20 years). Hope this Smafan lasts as long. I like the remote control. I'M thinking about hooking it to my WiFi to control it. An Android or smartphone App would be ideal.

USI received a very fair price I received a very fair price, open box, and through no fault of their own, FedEx lost it as it arrived to my town. But Hugo and their customer service stayed on top of it and followed it back out found me another open box fan and made it work out.

USBought a down rod Bought a down rod, No instructions and no apparent capability with said fan then no return when item wasn’t used. I was charged me an operations fee deducted from my refund because it wasn’t a quality issue when I would have happily returned it. Just a Buyer beware….after their response I did not receive the correct credit….I paid $41.90 and received a credit of $27.69 so they charged me $14.21 operations fee. Really? You say to cover reshipping but told me not to return it so there is no return shipping. I would not consider this a resolution.
