Customer service contacted me via email and text message to let me know I had ordered something I did not need and then they, with my agreement, canceled the harness I did not need and promptly refunded me for the part I did not need!! Love the service

GBGreat Product - Fantastic Customer Service Purchased two super quiet Explorer outdoor smart fans. Customer service was able to quickly provide longer down rods to accommodate my sloped pavilion ceiling. Both fans werer easily synced to run from one remote.

GBSmafan went above and beyond to make it right. I ordered 2 fans. When they arrived the trim was 2 different colors of gold. I contacted them and they sent a new trim piece. Now I have 2 fans that match. Thank you for great customer service.
