USJust writing to let everyone know that if you have any problems, Just writing to let everyone know that I have had a HORRIBLE experience with Smith & Noble window ware. I ordered roman shades in 2019. They have completely fallen apart. I have asked repeatedly and politely for them to repair or replace them. They have refused to provide any support. They told me that I should go to the fabric store and repair them myself. They said that I chose "the wrong treatment for the room", and it is my fault because what I chose was not durable enough. A salesperson came to my house before I made the order and never said a word about durability. Smith & Noble products are sold at a premium price. They are the absolute worst. (I used Blinds.com in other rooms and they have been DELIGHTFUL to work with!)

USAmazing quality and selection! The samples I was able to choose from (and there were sooooo many!) And the samples I received (lightening fast, I might add!) were absolutely amazing! The quality is absolutely top-notch, the fabric is amazing, and the designs are exactly as pictured! The colors are exact also. There were options for consultation throughout my order too!

Sally Auld in particular went above and beyond, showing immense patience and kindness when I had to reschedule my installation multiple times. Even after the changes, the consult, materials, install and communication were all excellent. The polite, understanding service brings me back again and again.

USA total Sh$t show A total Sh$t show. They had the B team show up only for them NOT to be able to install them. Then they said the motor was broken, then they rescheduled and then they cancelled the appointment. I am in for almost 10k 2 months later with nothing to show but a window. As of today, there still has not been anything installed. Good luck to anyone who thinks this company is top notch.
