Great experience selecting 13 window treatments I recently purchased 13 window treatments for a house we moved in to. I worked with Audrey Savage throughout the entire process. She was amazing! Not only was she a pleasure to talk with-felt like an old friend-but she also knew the products very well and provided excellent advice while making my selections. If I ever need more window treatments, I will return to Smith & Noble and request Audrey Savage.

Great Customer Care and Quality Assurance We installed new blinds in our condo a month prior to moving in so wasn't aware of the new blinds hitting the window pane every time they move up/down. We called Smith & Noble and Jeannine Clavell - Quality Assurance Expert responded within 24 hours and set up an appointment to have the installer back out to correct the problem. She also followed up the following day to make sure everything is OK. Excellent service and thank you Jeannine!

When we first had our treatments installed, one of our two bedroom windows had been measured incorrectly, and we were left with the old gross blinds in it. The installer returned and remeasured it, but we never heard anything about it after he left. Summer came up and we got busy and whatnot. Anyway, after I reached back out to S&N, Jeannine helped resurrect our order, locate the measurements, get the treatments reordered, and finally scheduled for installation. Woven shades with privacy liners From the free samples to the knowledgeable Dona Grimm consultant, Smith & Noble provided me what I needed so I could design, measure, and place my order. Without Dona I don’t think I could have made the best choices for the order online, who guided me through all the decisions and took all the expert measurements. She took care of all the paperwork in the same visit. I am looking forward to receiving them soon.

Excellent reps and customer service After a long process of reviewing swatches, I ordered drapes for my living room. After placing the order, I was informed that the fabric had been discontinued. Molly Anderson was extremely helpful in guiding me through another choice, and making sure that everything was to my liking. The care and detail that she and the customer service reps took with the order was very professional. Despite the initial disappointment I had about my first choice, I could not be happier with the new drapes. Thank you Molly!
