GBGreat Customer Care and Quality Assurance We installed new blinds in our condo a month prior to moving in so wasn't aware of the new blinds hitting the window pane every time they move up/down. We called Smith & Noble and Jeannine Clavell - Quality Assurance Expert responded within 24 hours and set up an appointment to have the installer back out to correct the problem. She also followed up the following day to make sure everything is OK. Excellent service and thank you Jeannine!

GBWoven shades with privacy liners From the free samples to the knowledgeable Dona Grimm consultant, Smith & Noble provided me what I needed so I could design, measure, and place my order. Without Dona I don’t think I could have made the best choices for the order online, who guided me through all the decisions and took all the expert measurements. She took care of all the paperwork in the same visit. I am looking forward to receiving them soon.

GBExcellent reps and customer service After a long process of reviewing swatches, I ordered drapes for my living room. After placing the order, I was informed that the fabric had been discontinued. Molly Anderson was extremely helpful in guiding me through another choice, and making sure that everything was to my liking. The care and detail that she and the customer service reps took with the order was very professional. GBBeautiful but smelly… The blinds are beautiful and arrived fairly quickly. We have had these in others home and they are really durable as well. Our only complaint is that the painted wood blinds are off gassing what I assume is the paint/finish odor. The smell is strong enough that we’ve had to open the windows even though it is winter. You might consider using more environmentally friendly finishes in the future.
