Beautiful classic shades I wrote a bad review after disappointment with how four shades had been manufactured for the bedroom . But I received the living room Classic Roman shades today and they are beautiful. The fabric and construction is perfect. They were so easy to install that anyone with a ladder and power drill could do it. I think Smith and Noble generally does a beautiful job. I have used them for over 20 years and I have always received wonderful help when I’ve had to call with questions regarding a product or measuring. My only complaint is customer service when there is an issue. My shades are gorgeous. Thank you.

Woven shades with privacy liners From the free samples to the knowledgeable Dona Grimm consultant, Smith & Noble provided me what I needed so I could design, measure, and place my order. Without Dona I don’t think I could have made the best choices for the order online, who guided me through all the decisions and took all the expert measurements. She took care of all the paperwork in the same visit. I am looking forward to receiving them soon.

Great experience selecting 13 window treatments I recently purchased 13 window treatments for a house we moved in to. I worked with Audrey Savage throughout the entire process. She was amazing! Not only was she a pleasure to talk with-felt like an old friend-but she also knew the products very well and provided excellent advice while making my selections.
