Without Dona I don’t think I could have made the best choices for the order online, who guided me through all the decisions and took all the expert measurements. She took care of all the paperwork in the same visit. I am looking forward to receiving them soon.

USJeannine Clavell helped rescue our… Jeannine Clavell helped rescue our bedroom. When we first had our treatments installed, one of our two bedroom windows had been measured incorrectly, and we were left with the old gross blinds in it. The installer returned and remeasured it, but we never heard anything about it after he left. Summer came up and we got busy and whatnot. Anyway, after I reached back out to S&N, Jeannine helped resurrect our order, locate the measurements, get the treatments reordered, and finally scheduled for installation. USGreat Customer Care and Quality Assurance We installed new blinds in our condo a month prior to moving in so wasn't aware of the new blinds hitting the window pane every time they move up/down. We called Smith & Noble and Jeannine Clavell - Quality Assurance Expert responded within 24 hours and set up an appointment to have the installer back out to correct the problem. She also followed up the following day to make sure everything is OK. Excellent service and thank you Jeannine!
