GBBeautiful but smelly… The blinds are beautiful and arrived fairly quickly. We have had these in others home and they are really durable as well. Our only complaint is that the painted wood blinds are off gassing what I assume is the paint/finish odor. The smell is strong enough that we’ve had to open the windows even though it is winter. You might consider using more environmentally friendly finishes in the future.

GBTop-Notch Customer Service Keeps Me Coming Back I continue to use this company for their unmatched quality and customer service. Sally Auld in particular went above and beyond, showing immense patience and kindness when I had to reschedule my installation multiple times. Even after the changes, the consult, materials, install and communication were all excellent. The polite, understanding service brings me back again and again.

GBGreat experience selecting 13 window treatments I recently purchased 13 window treatments for a house we moved in to. I worked with Audrey Savage throughout the entire process. She was amazing! Not only was she a pleasure to talk with-felt like an old friend-but she also knew the products very well and provided excellent advice while making my selections. If I ever need more window treatments, I will return to Smith & Noble and request Audrey Savage.

GBWe’ve ordered blinds many times in the… We’ve ordered blinds many times in the past and have always been happy with the quality. This time 2 of the 10 blinds weren’t correct. Our representative Denise was wonderfully helpful and I really appreciated only working with one person through the whole process. The correct blinds arrived ahead of schedule and they are perfect.

GBA tale of 2 shades I’ve purchased 2 shades from Smith & Noble. Product selection is nice-looking, but limited. Chain on solar shade I bought a couple (?) years ago, broke after @ 12 months. Also, bottom 6 inches of Solar shade (section which does not totally retract into “roller”) became discolored; l assumed it was my fault, b/c I smoke, but a contractor in my home for an unrelated job opined that the discoloration was due to sun damage…which seems odd for a “solar shade,” so who knows? Hope the other shade (not solar) I bought last month fares better, as it cost almost twice as much as I expected! I’ll probably order from them again though…Smith & Noble’s in-home customer service is excellent, even though product is only “OK.”
