Without Dona I don’t think I could have made the best choices for the order online, who guided me through all the decisions and took all the expert measurements. She took care of all the paperwork in the same visit. I am looking forward to receiving them soon.

GBA total Sh$t show A total Sh$t show. They had the B team show up only for them NOT to be able to install them. Then they said the motor was broken, then they rescheduled and then they cancelled the appointment. I am in for almost 10k 2 months later with nothing to show but a window. As of today, there still has not been anything installed. Good luck to anyone who thinks this company is top notch.

GBJeannine Clavell helped rescue our… Jeannine Clavell helped rescue our bedroom. When we first had our treatments installed, one of our two bedroom windows had been measured incorrectly, and we were left with the old gross blinds in it. The installer returned and remeasured it, but we never heard anything about it after he left. Summer came up and we got busy and whatnot. Anyway, after I reached back out to S&N, Jeannine helped resurrect our order, locate the measurements, get the treatments reordered, and finally scheduled for installation.
