USBeautiful but smelly… The blinds are beautiful and arrived fairly quickly. We have had these in others home and they are really durable as well. Our only complaint is that the painted wood blinds are off gassing what I assume is the paint/finish odor. The smell is strong enough that we’ve had to open the windows even though it is winter. You might consider using more environmentally friendly finishes in the future.

USi HAVE A LONG HISTORY OF ORDERING AND… i HAVE A LONG HISTORY OF ORDERING AND INSTALLING S&N PRODUCTS FOR 25 YEARS, 2 RESIDENCES AND ONE MAJOR REMODEL/EXPANSION. i WAS A DO-IT-YOURSELFER EXCEPT WHEN i KNEW I MIGHT BE OUT OF MY DEPTH BUT "ORDINARY" RECTANGULAR WINDOWS NO PROBLEM FOR ME. LAST ORDER(S) WERE 2019, COMBINATION DIY AND DESIGNER. YOUR WEB SITE IS AWFUL - NO COLOR/SIZE/PRICING INFO!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! THE ONLY REASON FOR 2 STARS VERSUS 0 OR 1 IS THAT I WAS CONTACTED BY AN IN HOUSE DESIGNER AFTER I LEFT AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER VOICE MESSAGE. I ORDERED SAMPLES, GOT 6 OUT OF 8 AFTER COUPLE OF WEEKS. 2 BACK ORDERED, ONE JUST ARRIVED AFTER MORE THAN A MONTH AFTER MY REQUEST. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND S&N TO ANYONE!! BUT I AM DISAPPOINTED, ANGRY, AND WITHOUT GOOD OPTIONS OUT HERE IN REMOTE MIDDLE AMERICA. TOO BAD YOU DITCHED US HERE IN FLYOVER COUNTRY. THERE ARE A LOT OF US. AND THERE IS A LOT OF $$ AND DEMAND OUT HERE.

USBeautiful classic shades I wrote a bad review after disappointment with how four shades had been manufactured for the bedroom . But I received the living room Classic Roman shades today and they are beautiful. The fabric and construction is perfect. They were so easy to install that anyone with a ladder and power drill could do it. I think Smith and Noble generally does a beautiful job. I have used them for over 20 years and I have always received wonderful help when I’ve had to call with questions regarding a product or measuring. My only complaint is customer service when there is an issue. My shades are gorgeous. Thank you.

USExcellent reps and customer service After a long process of reviewing swatches, I ordered drapes for my living room. After placing the order, I was informed that the fabric had been discontinued. Molly Anderson was extremely helpful in guiding me through another choice, and making sure that everything was to my liking. The care and detail that she and the customer service reps took with the order was very professional. Despite the initial disappointment I had about my first choice, I could not be happier with the new drapes. Thank you Molly!

USHorrendous Experience One of the worst experiences. The salesperson misrepresented everything to me, including refunds, remakes etc. The price was outrageous for the product. Two windows were measured incorrectly and have to be remade. One of the motorized shades came broken. There are plenty of competitors out there so do yourself a favor and use another if you don’t want to be disappointed and frustrated. My experience with Blinds to Go over 18 years ago was outstanding. Such a waste of $7500!!
